"I was looking for a remote and quiet location of some sort and came across the Casera Pian Grand and I'm glad I booked our stay here. We met with Tania who was so kind and helpful, and shopped at the local co-op for groceries and used the grill the Casera has. I loved waking up to the beautiful Dolomites right in the backyard with the sun peaking thru the clouds and the smell of cool mist air. "Absolutely the worst experience we ever had. No staff both in afternoon and in the evening, doors in front of hotel unlocked, and restaurant not opened and no one there even when hours posted otherwise. Room cards were on the counter with names and card numbers but no staff again. No lights in rooms or activity and overall a odd location.
