"Has everything for a nice vacation with friends or family. Every room has a climate control, there is a kicker and ping pong table and the kitchen has everything you need to cook for a lot of people 🙂 The Beach is also very close to the villa but you will have to Walk 3-4 minutes."

"Very comfortable, modern villa with all the amenities needed for a wonderful stay. The kitchen is very well appointed with induction stove and great outdoor grill. The AC worked extremely well and the pool and deck area is lovely. The location is 5 min walk from a lovely beach that was uncrowded and has a beautiful view of the sea and mountains. The property manager was extremely helpful and we had a lovely time. Would visit again"

"We had a very relaxed two weeks in Tertenia. Location (and the whole Tertenia region) is perfect for families who want to enjoy a quiet vacation. The way to the beach is a bit longer as described, but it is close to the village and the car can stay in the village. The house is equipped with everything you need and everything worked as expected. We enjoyed our breakfast on the terrace every day!"

Das Haus ist geschmackvoll, modern und vollständig ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir waren in der Vorsaison da und hatten viele Strände in der Umgebung fast für uns alleine. Sogar der Pool war zur Freude unserer Kinder schon geöffnet. Der Garten ist praktisch für andere uneinsehbar. Die Vermieterin Elena war sehr nett und antwortete...

Booking was very straightforward, and we had a few questions in the days leading up to our stay and Sylvia was both responsive and helpful. We couldn’t have been happier with the house! Everything was very clean when we arrived. We are a family of 5 (children ages 11, 9 and 7); the outside area was perfect for us.
