"This is a wonderful place to stay at. Just keep in mind that they are located far from Arzua. If you contact them, they might be able to arrange your taxi transportation. We stayed at this place while walking El Camino de Santiago. "Love this hotel for its charm and location along the Camino de Santiago Frances, but above all else for its amazing restaurant. This was my second stay on the property but this time the restaurant was hosting a large private party. As hotel guests, we were still allowed to eat at the restaurant, but the quality of the experience suffered greatly and was a total disappointment. "

"After a long cold and rainy day on the Camino, Manuel picked us up in town. This was a life saver as we were so wet and cold from the walk. Upon arrival there was a welcoming fire and coffee and cookies. We felt right at home. We were the only guest so we were able to enjoy the family room by the fire all evening. "It was a good place to stay at but rooms allow noise to interrupt a good sleep. After a tiring walk at El Camino, I just wanted to take a shower and sleep, but it was difficult because of the crowd. There were some issues with our Expedia reservation that couldn't be found, but after all they resolved and were very supportive. They are located a bit far from El Camino, so you'll need to pay a round trip taxi when you come and leave ($6-10 Euros). "

"The road was long and windy to get there, but the welcome and beauty of the place vastly made up for it! The property is less than 30 minutes from the center of Santiago, located in a green valley. The main house dates from the early 18th century, with thick granite walls, and has been wonderfully restored with all modern comfort (including good wifi!).
