The cala Viola Residence, entirely renovated in June 2019, is a delightful complex of warmly furnished summer residences. The residence is located in the village of Sos Alinos, in one of the most beautiful and famous stretches of coast in the Gulf of Orosei, a short distance from the magnificent beaches of Cala Liberotto, one of the Sardinian beaches best known for its silvery sandy coves very fine and gently sloping sea.
The Cala Viola residence has a barbecue area, swimming pool with hydromassage area and solarium equipped with sun beds and umbrellas, outdoor showers, playground and an unguarded private parking area adjacent to the structure. The apartments are arranged over three floors (ground, first, second) and have a patio with umbrella, veranda or area equipped with table and chairs, drying rack, air conditioning, private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, LCD TV, safe, telephone , individually controlled heating, kitchen (located in the living room or on the covered veranda) equipped with sink, dishes, cookware, coffee maker and fridge.
in the immediate vicinity of the residence you can find bars, restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets, pharmacies, tobacconists, medical guards, hairdressers, newsagents and ice cream parlors.
The Cala viola is about 1km from the beautiful beaches of Cala Liberotto, reachable on foot or by car. Dog beach about 2 km away.
The structure has private outdoor parking and unattended garages, wi-fi in public areas.
