This place is disgusting. Woke up to roaches everyday. Bathroom/shower dirty with a lot of mold. We were sandals while showering it was super disgusting and bathroom had a foul sewage smell. At 11PM the faucet started running for no reason and wouldn’t shut off. They sent housekeeping up to fix it but all they did is come to the room and turn off the main water valve so we had no water. She didn’t even tell us about turning off the main valve. She didn’t say a word one she came into the room. Even when I tried talking to her she wouldn’t talk back. She left and that’s when we knew we had no water. Call again and they said no engineer on duty so we had to wait till the next day.
The moment they put the A/C on I started coughing and my voice went hoarse as I am allergic to old dust. I can smell the suede curtains lile old dusty moth insect. One of the lamp is broken and fell off its holder like it was only sticked through the hole but its been like that and wasn't repaired. The sheeta smell of old dust and with stain. You can't destinguish if it's a stain or used but stretched. The sink was clogged and not draining well. I still have to let them know all about this when we're alresdy checked in. The hot/cold water disoenser outside the lounge is mocky and tiny-tiny ants are crawling in it. Staff never cared to clean them nor ask you if you need anything in the room. I have to ask for soaps, toilet rolls. My booking is two double beds in a room good for four people. They only provided two towels and two blanket sheets. When I asked fr extra towel and sheets and shampoo/hand soap, they charged me extra. The tv's rc was not working. When I told tge staff about it, they just said" ah, ut hasn't been working". I thought of buying new batteries in case the battery run out coz I will stay there for 5 days, and it did worked when I changed the batteries. It felt like I checked in, in an abandoned haunted house. I know it's a low budget hotel.or hostel, but I'd been to Singapore and Manila the same low budget hostel or hotel but it was not like this. The most important was the hostels I'd been too were very clean and well provided with essential.stuff.

Liked: Room comfort
Bathroom is not that good smell.
No elevator, not suitable for elderly customers.
Twice experienced sudden shut down of electricity.
The stay was pleasant. The receptionists were accommodating. The location encouraged me to walk around the city because it is within the heart of the city.

Disliked: Cleanliness
Elevators, please.
There is no elevator in this hotel even if all the rooms are in the third floor. No roomboy will assist you in bringing your things up to the 3rd floor. Old folks or those with physical impairment will have great difficulty reaching the 3rd floor. There is no security guard to secure vehicles of guests with parking in an open area beside the street. There is no coffeeshop nor a restaurant. The rooms smell of cockroaches or of similar odor.
