Apartment in the heart of Marina Dor with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one with jacuzzi) has a terrace of 12 m. and the kitchen is separate from the lounge, there installed capacity 6 people because apart from the 2 bedrooms there is also 1 sofa bed is full kitchenware and if you want towels and sheets. without increasing the price. In the same building there are 4 swimming pools (2 for children and 2 for adults) there is also a children's area with swings and gardens with benches to sit inside the same building. there is also a shop just below the apartment and a large supermarket (Mercadona) 5 minutes walk. the apartment is 150 meters from the sandy beach and 100 meters from the spa of sea water unique in Europe, this urbanization has gardens beautiful that every night there is free dance in a magnificent terrace with cafeteria and ice cream service. The airport is 12 Kilometers away from the Marina Dor urbanization and there are regular city buses and taxis and you can also rent a car at the airport for your vacations.

Estancia de 12 dias, la casa para una familia con uno o dos niños está bien, esta bn situada de toda la zona de ocio y de la playa a 10 minutos andando, plaza de garaje incluida amplia, y terraza con sombra, hemos estado agusto, lo mejor las piscinas 2de adultos y 2 de niños con ambiente super familiar

Over het algemeen netjes en voldoende ingericht
Net appartement op 4e verdieping met in de tussen de gebouwen gelegen binnentuin met mooie mozaiek banken en plantenbakken. 2 nette zwembaden. Jammer genoeg was de onderliggende supermarkt in de periode dat wij er waren gesloten, zodat je wat verder weg moest voor vers brood. Alsmede dat de zwembaden nog niet in gebruik waren. (Febr-Maart)

vacaciones en familia
Es el segundo año que nos alojamos en el apartamento es un sitio ideal para viajar con niños, cerca de la playa y de la zona de ocio. El apartamento está muy bien y Amparo es muy agradable, nos explicó todo y esta todo muy limpio y recogido . Seguramente que el año que viene volvamos. Un saludo.

Vacaciones estupendas
Mi pareja y yo hemos estado 3 semanas en el apartamento donde estaba muy limpio y muy bien cuidado ubicado cerca de la playa les amplaries las tiendas y chiringuitos hemos sido 2 personas y hemos estado muy contentos con el apartamento todo muy limpio incluido sartenes y horno y el pestillo de la puerta cerraba bien la terraza una gozada donde se puede comer no nos a faltado de nada no puedo opinar nada malo porque no hay y la propietaria pendiente de todo sin ninguna duda marina dor nos a encantado al igual que el apartamento

Estuvimos una semana eramos 2 adultos y 2 niños. fueron unas vacaciones muy agradables,el apartamento esta muy bien situado ya que esta cerca de todos los servicios de marina door pero al mismo en una zona tranquila.no necesitamos coger el coche para nada.La playa y las atraciones estan a pocos minutos a pie.ademas al tener parking no tienes problemas para dejar el coche.el apartmento estaba limpio y todo como hablamos con la propietaria,ademas al tener dos piscinas no estan saturadas. el pueblo de oropesa esta cerca, incluso se puede ir paseando por el paseo al lado del mar.

Vacaciones horribles
El apartamento no es de lujo y tampoco se encuentra en la mejor zona de oropesa como indica el titulo de la propiedad. Al llegar la propietaria nos informa de que la cerradura esta rota y solamente se puede cerrar con la llave. Encontramos tambien que la puerta del baño de la habitacion de matrimonio no tiene resbalon (no nos habia informado) y solo se puede cerrar desde dentro teniamos que cerrarla desde afuera con un carton para no escuchar como orinaban los del apartamento de arriba, se lo comentamos y nos dice que usemos el aseo que esta fuera de la habitacion. En la cocina, el lavavajillas olia mal y tenia el deposito de sal vacio, dentro del horno habia sartenes sucias y el interior del horno estaba muy sucio tuvimos que limpiarlo para utilizarlo. Una noche a las tres de la madrugada se rompio una cama que ya se habia roto anteriormente y la habian reparado mal (no nos avisaron) los colchones de las camas pequeñas eran antiguos y de muelles por lo que te levantabas con la espalda dolorida. La television y el codificador eran muy antiguos y se perdia la señal cada dos por tres. Los filtros de los aparatos de aire acondicionado estaban totalmente obstruidos de la suciedad que tenian, el compresor que esta en la terraza es muy ruidoso y encima escuchas el del apartamento contiguo. Por la noche te despertaba el ruido del camion de la basura que sobre la una de la madrugada paraba justo debajo y tambien el ruido de los trenes que pasan por las vias que se encuentran relativamente cerca. En el apartamento de encima la primera semana se alojaron un grupo de 6 jovenes que estaban toda la noche de fiesta, debido a la mala calidad de la construccion se escuchan todos los movimientos de arrastrar sillas, musica, voces, etc. La segunda semana en un apartamento donde se alojaban trabajadores de un hotel de Marina Dor recibieron la visita de unos amigos y tenian fiesta a todas horas motivo por el que la Policia tuvo que venir hasta en tres ocasiones (el portero del edificio y el presidente de la comunidad tienen constancia) informamos a la propietaria y su respuesta es que "en verano hay que aguantarse". Finalmente una semana antes de que finalizara el alquiler regresamos a nuestra casa, era insoportable la falta de tranquilidad que habiamos tenido y que no se corresponde en absoluto con lo que dice el anuncio de la propiedad. El mantenimiento del apartamento se limita a entregarlo limpio excepto las zonas que no se ven a primera vista.
