The main house features a king bed, 2 queen beds, a bunk bed (twin over full), and a twin bed with a trundle for extra sleeping space. The she-shed provides an additional full Murphy bed for even more flexibility. Enjoy stunning river views, a BBQ for outdoor meals, and a fenced yard for privacy and relaxation.


Only a few houses away from the Sun Cove Clubhouse, you’ll have easy access to the community’s amenities, including the outdoor pool (open mid-May to mid-October), pickleball and tennis courts, basketball court, frisbee golf, parks, and playgrounds. The property is just steps away from the waterfront and a boat launch—perfect for boating, water skiing, or simply enjoying the scenic surroundings.
