"This is a beautiful property! The outdoor area has it all. Pool, hot tub, kitchen, tv, firepit and many lovely seating areas. It was great for our group of 7. Very clean, well stocked and communication with Melinda was a breeze. You won't be disappointed . this this"

"Todd‘s place is amazing. The outdoor spaces are wonderful for relaxing and watching sunrise/sunset. We did use the hot tub, which was really nice. We did not use the pool. All of the bedding and towels were plentiful and plush. Todd communicated via email and text with us promptly and the check-in process was easy. Property is private, at the end of a cul-de-sac. Neighborhood seemed nice and quiet driving through it. Everything was fantastic and we cannot wait to go back."

"Ami made sure our stay was comfortable, and all our needs met. She quickly responded to any texts and, as she lives and works in the main house, she was usually there to take care of any requests. The casita is attached to the main house but excellent soundproofing negated any noise from either side. The bedroom was large with a large TV, bedside tables on both sides, and walk-in closet. The attached bathroom offered plenty of counter space. We stayed a month and were pleased that the kitchen had amble counter space for our bread-making machine and large Berkey water filter. The spacious living room had enough clear space for our exercise mat. The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed many evening hot-tub dips which gazting at the stars. We plan to return next year for another month-long stay. "
