Oceanfront house directly across from the beach with a private ocean deck and private ocean access. Privacy walled pool for the exclusive use of our guests. The home will comfortably accommodate up to 6 persons in 3 king beds, 3 bedrooms, and 2.5 baths. The bedroom overlooking the pool has its own bathroom, and the other two bedrooms share the other 2 baths. There is a private gated pool area and picnic table area for family entertainment. Just walk across the street to the beach and enjoy your own private ocean deck and private beach access. You'll love the easy-going, relaxing pace and friendly people of Ormond by the Sea! There is plenty to do nearby. Open-air restaurants, shopping, bars, and entertainment are just a short drive or walk away. Maximum 2 cars. No smoking. One dog only under 20 lbs. is permitted with an additional $100 pet fee. Sorry, dogs are not permitted on Volusia County public beaches. There is no option to heat the pool and there is no hot tub.

Ormond Beach Family Stay
This was a great spot for us to gather for Spring Break! The house was spacious, the kitchen was very well appointed, the almost private beach was steps away—it all made for a fabulous time. Highly recommend if you want to be away from the high rise, beach store madness. The sunrises were spectacular every day!

The stay was great the only thing I would change for me was to go later in the year because of the non heated pool was a bit on the cool side till the last couple of days of my stay.

We had a great week in Ormond Beach. The location is perfect, quiet relaxing area, yet close to all amenities. The house was very spacious and everything needed for a week away was supplied. The pool area had plenty of seating and the private pool was perfect for our group.

Perfect location and house for our family vacation!
We have been vacationing in Ormond for almost twenty years and this is the second time we have stayed at this property. The house has everything you might need and the pool was perfect for our young grandchildren to practice swimming. The beach and amenities couldn’t be any more convenient. The Ocean Was Lovely
The house needs some tender loving care. We loved that we could seat at least 6 at the dinning table. There were enough beds to sleep and enough restrooms.

Nice house, lots of room!
Great location. Only two concerns: Being so close to the A1A, it is noisy when you sit by the pool. Especially with the Harley motorcycles during the weekend. But inside the house, this never bothered us. Second nice to have would be a heated pool. It was a bit chilly, even for Canadians! Other than that , great house, great location just across the street from the beach and lots of amenities in the house. We loved the charcoal BBQ!

Incredible ocean views!
Everything was great but my favorite thing was the private deck on the beach! You do have to cross the road to get to the beach but that didnt bother us at all. We drank our coffee on the deck every morning and watched dolphins play in the water! We were surprised that we even saw two orcas out jumping around! It was priceless! Wanted to book again next year but it is already booked for April!

Perfect vacation in Paradise
The property is an amazing place to stay. My husband and I rented the house because it had a private pool since with take our pet with us. A friend also stayed with us part of the time which was great because the house is large enough to accomodate far more people than that. It is located in a nice community where you can walk the sidewalks safely for exercise. It is also located directly across the street from the beach with the most amazing place to enjoy the sunrise from the private deck. I will go back to the home if it is available in the future. I highly recommend it.

Fun vacation
The house was a little hard to find at first because there were a lot of shrubs along the driveway that blocked our view the direction we came. The house had a large family area and kitchen which was great and the private pool was nice. It wasn’t as clean as it could have been and we weren’t able to lock the front door which was a bit inconvenient/dangerous. The door got fixed but not until after we left. Otherwise, we had a good time.

Great family stay at the beach!
Our family of 5 recently stayed here for a week to get out of NY for a while. We were very happy with the property! We wanted to be on the beach but selected this property because it was thousands less than similar homes directly on the beach. So glad we did! Beach access is about a 30 second walk across the road and the beach here was clean and not crowded like down in Daytona. The house itself was very clean and well equipped. We had plenty of space to spread out and enjoyed the pool area when not on the beach. We also enjoyed watching meteors at night on the front patio overlooking the ocean. Faye provided great communication throughout the process and was responsive to questions. We will certainly stay again if we return to the area. Thank you!

Beautiful House and really big
The home has a great floorplan and outdoor area. The hot tub in the picture does not work and the pool is not heated so could not use during our stay. We had hoped to at least use the hot tub so very disappointed. The location is near Daytona Beach so has a large biker population which make the area loud with a lot of traffic even if it is not "biker week". Faye was awesome and great with the communication. I wish we had asked more clarification on the hot tub prior to selecting/.

We knew the layout of the house was a bit odd from photos and other review and that's ok. The beds are good, kitchen well stocked and the pool was super convenient after some time at the beach. While we knew the spa didn't heat, we thought it would at least bubble, but doesn't. The house needs tlc; railings painted, some floor tiles replaced, kitchen cabinets organized, living room furniture cleaned/replaced. The lounge cushions in the storage boxes on the pool deck need cleaned. A couple were stained (unusable) and the box was full of ants. For the price, we expected better.

Spacious stay
The house is very spacious with plenty of rooms for guest to spread out, unpack and feel as if they have their own wing. Plenty of privacy. Clean and air conditioned. Giant walk in closet in the master bedroom. Laundry room was very nice to have. We left detergent and dryer sheets for the next guest. Regular coffee pot, not Keurig. We left filters for the next guest. Private beach access across A1A. It was very nice to sit out there on the deck with coffee in the morning to catch a sunrise and also in the evening to star gaze. We were there during bike week so it was very busy with plenty to do and see and spent most of our days in town. Many great restaurants in the area and close to Publix supermarket and shopping. There is also a Circle K right next door for quick needs like milk, waters, coffee or to gas up. The pool area was very private and a nice cozy place to hang out and relax. A friend of mine noticed the ring game, I won three times, beginners luck I guess. It was a bit too chilly, too early in the season to enjoy the pool and the hot tub didn't work but we found other ways to enjoy the space. Overall we would return again. We all had a great stay.
