Welcome to your fully stocked beachside getaway!
3 bedrooms, 1 king, 1 queen, and 2 twin beds, 2 full baths (ensuite master bathroom with stand up shower) and a large 2 car garage with foosball, sofa, and TV! House will sleep up to 6 (8 with children and approval) with the full size convertible sleeper in the separate enclosed TV room. Fenced in back yard with covered patio and large deck with Tiki Bar. Well behaved, housebroken dogs (2 maximum) welcome with approval and a non-refundable fee. 6 flat screen TVs (bring your Netflix sign in!) with various apps, including free live TV, available on the Smart TVs or Firestick. High speed wifi. DVD player in living room. Fridge with ice maker, range, cook top, dishwasher, and microwave. Washer and dryer in unit. We provide utensils, linens, bath towels, and various cookware and small appliances. Large in-ground pool (heated Nov 1-March 31) and 5 person hot tub. Electric fireplace in formal living room and bonus room for cozy winter nights! Take advantage of the gas grill with propane provided! Enjoy great weather year round! Listen to the ocean from the back yard or take a short walk to the beach, about 6 minutes for the average person. Free kayak launch (we provide a kayak!) and fishing pier 2 miles south!Check the NASA schedule and watch a rocket launch from the beach! We provide beach toys, games, coolers, wagon, beach umbrella, large sea kayak with life vests and oars, and other miscellaneous beach items for you to use during your stay!
Note regarding pool heat: this is a mechanical electric heater. It is set to 85 degrees and runs up to 16 hours daily. It will automatically shut off when water reaches 85 and activate when water drops below. However, on unseasonably cold days the pool may take a while to reach that if at all. Once the air temperature drops below 55 it begins to lose efficiency and heating capacity. This is a normal condition. There is no charge for heat and therefore no guarantee expressed or implied regarding temperature of water.
Guests are required to sign and return a short term lease (and pet agreement when applicable) prior to door code being released. This is an insurance requirement. We are fully insured and licensed by the State of Florida. License available in the Welcome Book.

Our 3rd time staying here and we always have a great stay. Comfortable and clean. Kids love the pool. Best beaches in the area. Not crowded and family friendly.

Fantastic family beach house!!
We had a blast at our annual family beach trip in this home! The yard was fantastic for our Golden and there was plenty of room for all my teenagers. There was everything at the house that you need for a beach vacation (including a gas grill!) location is fantastic for the area, great neighborhood. We will def be booking again next summer!

Great vacation stay.
It was great being walking distance from the beach and having the option to lounge by the pool in the back yard which we took advantage of every day. I see a hot tub will be installed soon which will be a great addition to the existing amenities. There are some excellent restaurants a short drive away along with motorcycle rentals, shopping, and what a great view driving down the coast. Jennifer was very quick to respond to our questions.

Great Property in great location!
This house was perfect for my sister and her husband’s 40th anniversary trip, that included myself and two of our friends. Most in our group have physical limitation (i.e. walkers, canes) and this home was perfect for that. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and we enjoyed them each day. The house is located in a very convenient location, close to the beach, restaurants and stores. The owners were amazing and responded to all of my pre-trip questions very quickly. I would recommend these owners and this home to anyone that wants a home away from home for their vacation! Thank you John and Jennifer!

We absolutely loved our Beach House Stay
This home was perfect for our family of 6. Such an upscale quiet neighborhood located right next to the beach. Communicating with owner was easy and they were so kind. Our kids felt right at home and everyone loved the back yard amenities! The pictures truly do not do this home and location justice. Everything was so perfect for our family vacation!

Great, fully stocked home. Location was easy to access golf, restaurants etc. Hot tub got some use but was a little chilly for the pool. I really appreciated all the outdoor seating options. Sun or shade, back or front. Nice quiet neighborhood. We walked to Laggerheads restaurant several times (great food and also dog-friendly on patio). Love the area.

Our best vacation yet
We haven’t taken a family vacation in 3 years and often pick places to stay, are satisfied, but never return. THIS place - WE CANNOT WAIT TO COME BACK! The home was exactly as described. Entry and communication was efficient and flawless. Owners are accommodating and responsive. Home is beautiful, clean and perfectly located. So much so that we already have plans to do that same vacation all over again. What a gem this find was.

Wonderful location!
This beach home is located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. There is a short walk to the beach or you can drive and park by the beach, there is also a grill you can walk to after going to the beach. Daytona is very close but you would never know it, some days we were the only ones at the beach! The owners of the property were quick to respond and fix issues (the AC went out but John got it fixed immediately). This house is perfect for entertaining family and friends, seems like they thought of everything. I would definitely rent this property again.

I brought my whole family down for thanksgiving! The house was great for all of us! Loved that there was a pool (too bad it was too cold to get in) John was wonderful to work with!! An the best part is it was pet friendly!! If a rental isn’t pet friendly I don’t stay! My furbabies are like family an I won’t keave them in a kennel. So glad we got to take them!! Again, John is great to work with

Top Notch Experience
John is an excellent host and always responded promptly. Home is equipped with everything you would need for a great vacation. John even set up a Christmas tree and some decorations for us to lay our presents under. Safe and quiet neighborhood, with the beach a 10 minute walk away. Our pups loved the covered back patio and the fenced in back yard. It was too cold and rainy to use the pool, but the hot tub and the fire pit was used several times during our stay. I could write a chapter on everything that this splendid home has to offer, but suffice it to say, you will not be disappointed if you book this wonderful house.

The stay we had was exactly as expected and very comfortable: dog friendly, quiet (and beautiful!) neighborhood, and everything you could want in the house. We did have a few issues in the house with the dishwasher and garbage disposal, but the owner was super responsive. Obviously, the owner can’t predict these issues and their responsiveness was great and appreciated, especially on a holiday weekend. Would recommend this location to anyone looking for a nice Florida vacation to do biking, kayaking, beach, etc. thanks for sharing your home!

House is great! Comfortable beds and furnishings. Very well stocked kitchen. Pool was cleaned as scheduled and patio/pool area is large. Lots to do at the beach areas. Good restaurants close by. Only one comment - not really a complaint. The front and back yards are in need of some tlc - areas that do not have artificial turf are over grown with weeds and vines. Vines are growing up through the slats in the patio deck. A couple dedicated days of weeding and a fresh load of mulch would do wonders. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay and recommend it highly. Thank you for allowing our doggies to visit, too!

Nice home in a good area!
Loved the area! The home is in a great area and was very clean. Everything anyone could need was there. The back porch area was a nice place to go in the am to enjoy a cup of coffee or late evening to read or chat with family. We didn’t use pool or hot tub since we were there to beach and enjoy other attractions. I don’t think the hot tub was plugged in either. I would recommend higher quality sheets and more towels. There weren’t any towels in bathrooms but about 7 in hall closet. I would have towels in bathrooms as well. I would stay again!

Awesome home in a great location!
This was our second time staying here. It's a great home, clean and plenty of space to spread out. The pool and hot tub are an added bonus out back. We appreciate the covered back patio during the hot mid-day sun to be able to sit outside and watch the kids swim. We used the kayak rental and my husband and son tried fishing the Halifax and my husband used it to paddle bait out past the surf at the beach at sunset to try shark fishing. We ended up getting two! My son also got a stingray fishing from the surf. We had a great time. Homeowners are quick to respond to you if you need anything. We appreciate that. This was our 4th time coming to Ormond Beach and it has definitely become our favorite beach. Low crowds (good for these crazy times with COVID going on)and plenty of places to shop and eat around the house. We hope to be back soon!!
