Please note that the weather is warm here nearly year-round and just like the majority of pools in the area, this pool is not heated. From the sundeck, you can walk through your private, wooden beach entrance and feel your toes in the sand. The other side of the pool hosts a fun, covered patio which includes an outdoor kitchen, TV, and a luxurious lounger. The outdoor kitchen includes a mini-fridge, sink, and propane grill.
The covered patio is connected to the pool house. The pool house includes one guest bedroom with a queen bed, ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and the garage. This is a great room for those seeking solace from the hustle and bustle of the main house.
The other side of the pool deck leads into the first floor of the main house. The remaining bedrooms are all on the first floor of the main house. The first guest bedroom features a queen bed, separate access to the pool deck, and an ensuite bathroom which includes a gorgeous, walk-in shower. The primary suite holds a king bed and ensuite bathroom. The ensuite primary bathroom features a garden tub, double vanity, and spacious, walk-in shower. Another guest bedroom holds a queen bed with an adjacent bathroom including a lovely, tiled walk-in shower. Also adjacent to this bathroom is the last bedroom and it's perfect for tiny travelers! It features two twin/full bunk beds and even includes two twin trundle beds allowing for up to 8 guests in just this bedroom.
The second floor of the home holds the living room, kitchen, half bathroom, and oceanfront balcony. The second level's open floor plan allows for endless ocean views! The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After booking, Oceans Luxury Vacations will reach out to you via email in order to obtain a photo ID and an e-sign rental agreement. If you book a reservation anywhere other than AirBNB and your arrival date is 14 days away or less at booking, we do also need a photo of you holding your ID in order to verify your identity and prevent fraud.
