It took about 7 hours from Caen (will fly to Bergerac next time) The farmhouse was beautiful, clean and spacious. Comfy beds, well-catered kitchen, good WiFi. "We had a fabulous week, we were met by the lovely Florence when we arrived who showed us around and explained the property. The photographs online do not really do it justice and it exceeded our expectations.The kitchen was well stocked with equipment and all bathrooms had a hairdryer. The separate laundry room with an additional refrigerator was a bonus. The beds were comfortable with extra pillows if needed. The beautiful garden was huge and well maintained with stunning views over the valley....

"We (family of 4 with 3.5 yr old and 1.5 yr old) stayed in June 2019. The property is in a great location near to lots of lovely market towns and villages. Setting is incredibly picturesque. Communication with the owner before our stay was excellent - owners were very helpful with practical and local information. We arrived at the property quite late on a Friday evening. Checkin was easy but if you arrive late, pickup food en-route as many of the local shops and restaurants had already closed....

Auf englisch könnte man das von Liane sehr gut verwaltete Anwesen der freundlichen Gastgeber wohl am besten mit 'Slow Tourism' umschreiben. Wir kommen gern wieder!"

"The house is beautifully restored…better in person than in the pictures. Rachel snd Fred were very helpful hosts and stay nearby. The whole experience was wonderful - beautiful house in a charming village with option to take daily walks. Other villages just 5-10km away with grocery stores and restsurants- notably Les Arques, Catus and St Médard. Great water sports at Le Lac Vert in Catus. The house also has beautiful gardens and pool with stunning views of neighboring countryside."
