This large Cape Cod home is just off beautiful Pleasant Bay and is perfect for families, or generations of families, to spend time together. With easy access to everything The Cape has to offer and ample room for 12, including large sleeping and dining areas,, this home will provide everything you need to enjoy a fun, relaxing vacation for everyone in the family. Close to all Orleans, Chatham and Harwich beaches, shops and restaurants, you be able to enjoy everything this charming area has to offer vacationers.

Located on the corner of two cul-de-sac streets, this quiet neighborhood provides all the relaxation you will need, whether its lounging in the sun-filled family room streaming your favorite shows over Wi-Fi with high-speed internet access, or sitting on the large deck with a cold drink waiting for the burgers to cook. With ocean breezes filling the house, a tree filled yard and large outdoor deck, everyone will find a place to relax.

The living room has enough room for any family, with a large screen TV and full lineup of the most popular HD channels, games and books. Or you can sit back in a chair in front of a wall of windows, soak up the sun and watch the birds eat from the feeder just outside. It's a great spot for kids of any age to play and have fun.

New for 2017 is the finished, walk-out basement offering another full bath and 2 bedrooms (one with queen-sized bed and the other with 2 twins). Offering more space for the family to stretch out, the living area is a good place to relax and watch TV. This separate living space will let larger families still have some needed privacy during your stay.

Finally, the home is centrally located. In 12 minutes, you can reach Nauset, Skaket, and Chatham Lighthouse Beaches, plus Nickerson State Park and all the popular restaurants and shops in Orleans, Chatham and Harwich. The Captains Golf Course, a 72 hole public course is less than 2 miles away.

Great Family Rental
This house was great for a family with all ages. The young parents and their 2 children were able to be upstairs. Old folks on the first floor and two 30 something with their own rooms in the basement. Everyone was able to spread out. Great TV room and large deck!

This was a perfect stay for our extended family looking to enjoy summer on cape cod. The three living spaces made it easy for everyone to relax and spread out, and the large dining table was ideal for us to have dinner all together at night. This is an ideal location for visiting Chatham, the beautiful beaches of Orleans, and exploring other parts of the Cape. The only minor complaints relate to excessive spiders and dust, especially in the basement. Otherwise, we loved our stay!

We had a great week because of the people we were with. The location of this house is convenient because Chatham and Brewster are both within a 10 minute drive. However, the listing photos on this house are inaccurate and outdated. The owner should update the home with new beds, carpet and pillows. It needs a deep cleaning in order to continue charging the price they are charging for one week. There was dust and cobwebs everywhere, we killed multiple deady long legs spiders daily. There were flys inside all the time. The upstairs and basement smelled so strongly of must. The basement bedrooms and bathrooms were unusable because of the must smell. The beds, pillows and carpet upstairs are in need of replacing. The king upstairs is not actually a king, it is two twins pushed together, which is not what you expect when it states it is a king. The outside landscaping is a complete mess and overgrown with weeds everywhere. There is a hazardous spiral staircase in the family room, which leads to the pool room. Small children could fall through, this was not in any of the photos. The owner did put a small fence around the staircase, but it is not attached to anything and anyone with small children knows this would not keep them safe. The rental also does not come with towels or sheets, which is inconvenient for people traveling or makes you wonder if they wash the comforters or mattress pads in between guests. We were a bit disappointed in the cleanliness for what we paid.

The house was excellent. The a/c was well up to the task during the hot, humid week. Didn't lack for anything in the house. The rooms and layout are spacious and attractive. One small recommendation: put an A/C unit in the 2nd floor room that has the pool table. Overall, everyone was very pleased with the house and its amenities.

We loved everything about this property! The large family room and rec room above the garage are huge. Our entire family spent a lot of quality time together there. Then we all had our own spaces when we needed some quiet. The elevated deck and back yard are beautiful. It’s also very close to everything we wanted to do on the cape. I needed to ask a few questions of the manager and he was very responsive. We very highly recommend this property.

Post-wedding family gathering
We needed a home that had enough bedrooms for multiple adults gathering after a family wedding. We also needed a first floor bedroom and bathroom with a walk-in shower for our 86 year old father. We also wanted a large deck with a grill and large tables to enjoy dinner together. This house met our criteria. The house had plenty of space and kitchen had most items we needed. We did feel that the deck and deck furniture was very weathered and not very comfortable - it could have used some updating or at least cushions. Most of the beach chairs available were sized for children, there were no outdoor lights working on the deck near the grill, a few lightbulbs were out in indoor lamps, and the kitchen could have been a little cleaner when we arrived (there were lots of crumbs around the toaster) so we questionned how well it had been cleaned. One of the burners on the stove also did not work. I think there could have been a few more instructions provided and notes on anything not working to save the trouble of trying to figure things out. Overall, we had a good week and the house worked out well for us. Just wanted to provide feedback on things that could be improved.

Amazing week in the Cape!
We spent a week in Orleans and this house was wonderful! It accommodated extended family perfectly. My son is 18 months and he had a blast playing on the porch and in the outdoor shower. The property is beautiful decorated and well equipped. We spend a lot of time in Dennis, so the location is a bit further than our usual spot but worked out fine. We will definitely stay again!

This place was very spacious for our party of 11. We enjoyed the various living spaces and the wonderfully stocked kitchen. We loved having the deck to sit out on at night and in the morning for to sip our coffee. Having 3 bathrooms is a bonus. You never had to wait for a shower or for someone to get out. The bedrooms were spacious. We do wish some of the beds were more comfortable but it did not ruin our stay! We also wished there were sheets and towels included as well. But again it was not a big deal as there was a washer and dryer. We had a great time here and it was a very quiet neighborhood!

This was our first stay at this house and we loved it! The house was big and spacious. We mostly went to Orleans beaches but enjoyed a few visits to attractions in Chatham. Great location and we will come back again!

Perfect home away from home in Orleans
This property was so lovely. Clean, comfortable, beautifully furnished and with so many amenities. The outdoor shower is amazing. The location was perfect for us. Nauset Beach, Skaket Beach, and Crystal Lake were an easy drive. So nice to have so many options for outdoor fun. We enjoyed grilling and eating outdoors on the large deck, from which we also could watch our kids play while we had a nice cold drink. :) My personal favorite spot was the hammock, where I escaped many times to read my book under the shady trees. Beds were comfy, kitchen was very well stocked, and there was more than plenty of space for everyone. We hope to return for a longer stay in the future!

The location of this home is pretty perfect, being situated between Orleans and Chatham. Communication with the property manager went very well. That said, I can’t give this property anything more than three stars. The home was old, and smelled musty like grandmas. The amount of spiders we had to kill on a daily basis in the home was absurd…to the tune of roughly 10 per day..on the walls, the floors, the beds, the sinks, everywhere. It badly needs regular extermination. There were also large cobwebs on the ceilings… which made us wonder who the heck was cleaning the place. We paid too much to have to deal with it all week. Other than the musty smell and the critters, we did have a great week in the home. As I mentioned, the location is absolutely perfect. The neighborhood was quiet, and the neighbors were friendly. The home also had all of the amenities we needed.

This is a great house and was a great size for our family. The location was close to lot of things and beaches. The only critique I have is that the property was not as clean as I would have liked. The baseboards were covered in dust. There was crumbs in the kitchen on the floor and the mattress pads on some of the beds had stains.

This house is in a great location. We were close to everywhere we wanted to go. Awesome outdoor shower. We enjoyed the time just at the house, spent time on the big deck grilling dinners, we enjoyed laying in the hammick. The house had everything we needed. Made for the best family vacation!

This home was spacious with a big deck /grill, living spaces and back yard. Filled with artistic touches and artifacts which we totally enjoyed. Very clean, great outdoor shower. Nearby Pleasant Bay. Our family has been vacationing on Cape Cod for over 30 years, and this year expanded to include two new babies. This home had perfect space for all - young family with babies, millennial cyclist, boomer kyacker - and diversity of reading nooks for each and every reader!

Family vacation
This was our long awaited getaway with our adult children and two beautiful grandchildren. Home is layed out perfectly for our larger group. Close proximity to both bay and ocean beaches as well as shopping and restaurants. Yard is perfect for bocci and corn hole. We can’t wait to return 😊

Beautiful home in quiet neighborhood
We had a lovely stay at this property. The large table on the deck was perfect for eating outdoors. The furniture inside the home was comfortable and inviting. I loved the artwork displayed on the walls. The house was clean and had all of the amenities you would need while on vacation. The grocery store was only 10 minutes away by car and the beaches within 15 minutes. The yard was perfect for outdoor games. We had a very relaxing vacation and would definitely rent this home again.

We were very impressed with the layout in the home. The large tables were very accommodating to our 4 adult, 7 kid vacation. The kitchen was full of every possible amenity we could want! The out door shower was like a resort. Thank you for letting us use your beautiful home.

Wonderful Stay for Big Family!
We had a fantastic week staying at this beautiful house. It suits the needs of a multi generational family perfectly. One family stayed in the basement bedrooms, one family stayed upstairs and grandma stayed on the main level! The big deck was great for dinners outside and yard was wonderful for the kids to play. The outdoor shower is heavenly and the family room is super cozy and big enough for all. Since we flew to the Cape, we were thankful for the beach chairs that were provided by the owners. We lost power while we were there due to a big storm, but the owner reached out to us quickly to check in and inform us about candles/flashlights, etc. Highly recommend!
