"This TOTALLY renovated beach cottage was great. Very close to the beach and easy access to many restaurants."

"The sofa could be bigger and L- shaped. The wicker chair in the corner could be a corner electric fireplace. The lighting outside is not good. Could be put a motion sensor or timer. I'm sure you probably don't get a lot of winter guests. But the steps down weren't cleaned off and no railings down. Having said that the location is absolutely beautiful. And we had a good time. "

"Meg's attentions to details and accessibility made this stay one of the very best we have experienced on the cape! The view of the pond at all times of the day or night is fantastic for viewing wildlife and relaxing. The property is well stocked with dishes and cookware plus we appreciated the little touches such as ample dishwashing detergent and dog blankets for covering the couch. Beds were very comfortable with very nice pillows and linens. Was a little too cold for making use of the kayaks...

"The Mermaid Cottage has everything you’d want. It’s close to shopping and beach areas. The house is stocked with so many extras, like strollers, high chair, fire pit and outdoor patio. "

We were there for Thanksgiving and brought a 14 pound turkey which we couldn't cook because there isn't an actual stove...that said we would plan differently and stay there again in a heartbeat! actual stove/oven "

"We had a great, peaceful late fall stay here! It was a little cold in the rooms that didn’t have the direct heating unit and we had some issues with getting the wifi and television connected but Michael was very responsive and helpful, we appreciated it! "
