Phineas Swann Inn & Spa

4.0 star property

"I stayed with my 2 teenage children in The Retreat and the accommodations were just perfect for us. We were right above one of the hot tubs and next to the spa. Even though the hot tub was not just for us, it sure felt like it. Breakfast was really good. The kids enjoyed the choices of waffles and French toast. I am more of a protein fan so I just hat some fruit and yogurt but they had a nice selection of teas and juices. There were many complimentary items (which my kids liked the best), and...

"It was just me and my 20 y/o daughter on our now annual big mountain ski trip. She loved the breakfast, the bathtub, shower, and room in general. I enjoyed all of these as well but location was super important. Staying at the resort wasnt exsactly budget friendly and they make getting a reservation a pain. This place is located at essentially the bottom of the mou tain. It takes about 15 minutes to get to the skiing but it is a straight shot.Staff was super friendly. They offer tons of amenities...

Beautifully Renovated Classic Vermont Lake View Cottage

"We had a really nice stay. Tim was very kind and inviting, made sure check in was a breeze, and was helpful with recommendations. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location is great, as is the view. Bed was comfortable but is also on wheels which was a problem for our dog going under the bed. We also discovered a lot of dust bunnies under the bed and arm chair as a result. Lastly, you should know that the water is sulfurous. It didn't bother us but it's worth knowing. We would...

Lake Willoughby Views and access. Boat Dock and Beach Wood fired hot tub

"Rented the place in mid-oct for a second-marriage honeymoon. The place was easy to find and was set up perfectly for a two person cozy stay. House faces the sunset and has a deck and sitting porch. Brought my little boat and the boating access is across the street. We had zero issues. We would definitely come back!! Definitely worth it. 👌 "
