Overall, the hotel was fantastic. The rooms were great, we had two bedrooms, and the staff were super friendly. The person who checked us in was able to accommodate my request for a room near an elevator no problem! It was not crowded AT ALL, and really a very nice stay
There were two things I wasn't expecting. 1st, my youngest child has a mobility issue, and it was difficult for us to get her to all the different towers, and we weren't close to the ones designed for children. They still had an excellent time at the pools we were able to get to, and there were amenities in our tower (like towel pick up, ping pong paddles, etc.) I would just say if you have mobility issues, plan for the half mile walk between all the pools.
Secondly, we got caught in the timeshare talk. I sort of realized it was happening at the time, and I was sort of interested in learning more about time shares. But you should know they will charge you $40 to make sure you attend if you get caught in their speech. They described it as an 1.5 hour tour of the facility, and it absolutely was not! We were already staying in the timeshare, and did not need to see the rooms. We attended with our two children, and did not have her mobility device, so I had to carry her through the facility, They changed out salesmen about five times trying to get us to buy at that moment. And they definitely didn't listen to us when we talked about our needs on vacation. It was high pressure sales all around. If you get caught in, just let that $40 go. The pitch is not worth it! They won't tell you how much it costs, they won't tell you what the financing options are, you would do better to talk to a car salesman, they'll give you more information then these sales people will.
