Place is Roach invested, room smelt horrible, people hanging out in hallways, outside by entrance, people hanging out. Weed smell though out building and outside. I promise I can’t make this up. If I needed to do a movie seen in the hood or projects, this would be the perfect spot to film without cast or extras happen to retake. Surprise this place is still a business. This place is not really that safe. The area has a lot of sketchy people that just hangout in the parking lot. Someone was accusing someone else of stealing their clothes when we were checking in. There was a lot of foot traffic in the parking lot and one day I woke up to someone throwing things out of their vehicle in the parking lot. The blankets were stained and gross. The shower was broken and so was the sink. If you are in a bind and need some place to stay, it’s okay for that but do not plan your stay in the area with this hotel.

Hurricane Milton
We had to get out of Tampa due to Hurricane Milton. Angela was able to combine our 2 reservations so we didn’t need to switch rooms. Malik was able to fix our a/c in short order which was great with the hurricane coming.

If you want to wake up with the sun then this place is for you because there are no curtains, just blinds that let in ALL the sun. Room was meh. Fridge was completely rusted on the exterior. Floors felt unclean. Bed hard as a rock. Pillows okish. Just feet from the entrance you could probably score anything illicit you’d want.

BEWARE OF THE EXTENDED STAY! My friends and I stayed here what was supposed to be a few nights. Our stay here quickly changed. When arriving to the hotel there were residents of the extended hotel harassing us and asking us inappropriate questions. When arriving to the room we found roaches, broken blinds, and brown pillows. We took video footage of every inch of the room. We went back downstairs to get a refund back for the room and the front desk man is nowhere to be found. We had prior engagements to get to so we came back. When we came back to let the front desk man know about the room he tried to say we brought the roaches with us. We ended up getting our money back and never looked back.

Staff was very unprofessional and treated my flooded room situation like it’s just another day..there was loud dog barking throughout my entire stay and if that wasn’t enough,they were homeless people at the side of property hassling for small change!
