It smells like bleach in lobby but throughout the hotel it smells of cigarettes badly, only one elevator, a lot of drug attics roaming the hotel, was unable to sleep due to loud drunk and high prostitutes (based on their conversation) in the hallway . The bed was super hard but the rooms were nice and clean. It was ok for one night outside the loudness. Oh and we watched a drunk fight in the lobby after check in. Staff was friendly, the rugs were old and need serious cleaning. Also the next morning the elevator had carpet cleaning on the rugs but no one actually vacuumed it up

I discovered roaches on 12/10/24 (in room 410). It looks new and updated; however, the property needs pest control, customer service training for the staff, and a means to contact management. There is no one at the service desk and no one can be reached by phone. I’ve emailed the property and contacted Expedia. Expedia’s representative couldn’t even reach anyone. This place is a dump; the elevator often smells like marijuana and the customer service is not consistent. I wish I would have stayed elsewhere, because this is NOT a place to stay for anyone. I included pictures via Google Review so that the property cannot refute my claim. Run… BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK!

My room smelled like cigarette smoke and everything was damp. They brought in some sort of space heater looking machine to help, but it made everything smell almost like an electrical fire. Then they covered that smell with cheap air freshener and for someone who hates cigarettes, that was almost more tolerable than their “fix.” Everything had an extra cost, despite having a full kitchen in my room. They were out of dishwater and said if it arrived, I’d have to pay $14.99 for a basic set. The staff was nice and thankfully, they paid me back a portion so I could leave early.

Dirty and very uncomfortable room. Was very difficult to sleep due to the horrible bed and sheets. Staff frequently gave us attitude about asking for linens. There was also only ever one staff member there and usually not at the front desk if you needed help. AVOID STAYING AT THIS PROPERTY

I was called by the property the day before because they were over booked and ask if I was coming, and I said yes. When I arrived, I was told I had to provide a copy of my driver's license, or I could not stay on property. Their copy machine was broken. I showed them my drivers license but they said that would not do. I was given the managers card to call and when I did it rang back in the lobby. I was not able to stay there. They did confirm I made advanced reservations thru expedia but said they had not been paid. Since most of Orlando was booked I had to drive an hour away to get a room in Daytona Beach FL.

Bed was terrible . I left the hotel early because of a bad back . I could ‘t talk to a manger , when I call about the bed . They refused to give me my money . When I give them a reason . For leaving the hotel early.

Good stay, as always
Not my first stay and keep returning because for the price it is a really great value. Great location close to the parks, can completely avoid i4 and ride the back road straight onto Disney property. Courtney was so polite at check in, staff has always been friendly and accommodating. Other reviews that note smoke have to take into consideration they have auto opening front doors so sure, a lingering smoke smell can come in from outside but the room was clean and no odor of smoke WHAT SO EVER. If you just need a quick place to crash w a clean fridge and convenient location, this place is great.
