Our stay was not the best, the house needs cleaning, a lot of dust, a broken lamp in the garage where the pool table is and a gallon of Clorox on the terrace (a danger for children), dirty glasses in the cabinets, the cooler did not work, we could not use the pool because it was never hot even though I paid $ 153.00, (I sent a message to the host and never received a response). We have previously booked in other houses and it has been great (not this one) this time we only enjoyed the parks with the family

The property was beautiful and secure. The house was clean and tidy. We were in a great location for theme parks as well as other fun attractions in the area. Ben was fantastic at communicating with us and very understanding of any questions. Cannot recommend him enough.

Great time!
We loved the area this home was in. My family really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Heating the pool was well worth it! The waterpark at the resort looked fun. We will have to check it out next time. There was lots of room for everyone and was very clean. They were super responsive when we had questions.

Wonderful vacation home near Disney
We stayed 7 nights; 6 adults and 2 kids. The house gave us plenty of room to spread out. We loved the pool- definitely worth paying the extra to heat it. Once we figured out how to heat the hot tub that was nice too. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The community had great amenities and felt safe. You can’t get much closer to the Disney parks, we were able to go back and forth during the day as needed. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was perfect for our group. The location to Disney Parks was as described online (about 15-20 mins from all parks). The house had some great perks for families with small children (i.e the safety fence around the pool, highchair, stroller). The amenities within the community were enjoyable on our off days from going to Disney. My entire group would recommend this property and would stay again!

Great holiday
The house was large, clean and nicely decorated. Kitchen was well equipped. The owner was very prompt to answer and to resolve any issues in a fast and friendly manner. We very much used and enjoyed the warm pool and the actually hot, hot tub! I would recommend.

Great space and excellent community
Overall the property and location were great. The house could use a little TLC but was clean. The space worked well for our group of 10. Glad we paid to have the pool heated as the week before we arrived it was cooler. Communication with Ben was fantastic. We had a question on the pool heater when we arrived, he called me and sent someone over that evening - could not ask for better service. We rented a bbq grill from a company Ben recommended and everything went smoothly. The resort common areas were nice, the common pool area could’ve used more chairs but we were there to get in the water so we didn’t mind not having chairs available. The location was perfect for visiting Disney parks. I recommend joining the Windsor Hills Facebook group to connect with others in the area - Dina was fantastic and a huge help!

We really enjoyed our stay at Windsor Hills. Ben was extremely supportive and responsive and the house was as promised. We hit up all the Disney parks, which were roughly 15 minutes from the house and our off days were very comfortable and quiet. We will definitely be back! Family Disney Parks holiday
There were 6 adults and 4 children under 12 sharing this house and there was plenty of room. The children made good use of the house pool. We all loved the resort pool, the water park and the movie theatre The house does need some updating but with 4 kids in the house that might have been a blessing in disguise. The location could not have been better for travelling to the parks. Grocery shopping, restaurants and stores are very close by.
