Discover Windsor Hills at The Windsor Fantasy. Bill and Donna's luxury villa at Windsor Hills, featuring a true south-facing private pool and hot-tub, with no rear neighbors. We are one of the closest homes to the amazing Windsor Hills Water Park and Clubhouse, about a 2 minute stroll away.

We own FOUR HOMES side-by-side in Windsor Hills - The Windsor Fantasy, The Windsor Magic, The Windsor Dream, and The Windsor Wonder so if you are traveling with friends or extended family please just let us know.

There are NO FEES for our guests to utilize the Water Park or Community Pool. We will provide the names of your family members to the Windsor Hills staff so there will be no cost for you. For all non-registered guests, the wristbands cost $10 per person per day, but again that will be waived for your family.

The most important feature of our family retreat is that we offer one of the few south-facing pool homes in Windsor Hills that also has no rear neighbors. Spend a moment viewing the Windsor Hills development on an aerial map. Most of the south-facing homes back right up to another property. Most of the other homes with no rear neighbors face north, east, or west – limiting the amount of sun the pool area will receive. If you select a home that has rear neighbors, the neighbors pool will be approximately 10 feet from your pool – not my idea of relaxing! Take a look at the view from our pool area and you will see the difference.

Our home has 5 bedrooms, each with a private en-suite bathroom. Every bedroom has its own flat-panel television.

Our game room is air conditioned, and offers a professional size pool/billiards table, and a full-size classic arcade game offering PacMan, Frogger, Galaga, and more!

You will also have access to all of the amenities at Windsor Hills for no additional cost. Windsor Hills has an amazing zero-entry community pool, a large water park for the children, a basketball court, tennis courts, volleyball court, ping pong tables and a putting green. We also provide our guests access to the Windsor Hills Fitness Center, which offers multiple cardio machines as well as weight/resistance training.

Windsor Hills is the closest resort to Disney that is not an actual Disney hotel. Our home is only 2.5 miles from the main Disney gates, so it takes us about 6 minutes to get from our home to the Animal Kingdom. We are also right next door to the award winning Mystic Dunes Golf Course. Some resorts advertise that they are just "miles to Disney", but that can still be a very long drive. We are only 2.5 miles away, but it still takes 6 minutes to get to Disney. For resorts that are 10 miles away, it can sometimes take 30-40 minutes (each way) depending on the Orlando traffic on that particular day.

We are available by both phone and e-mail during your stay, and we have a local property management company available 7 days a week should you need any assistance during your stay.

Please note: The Windsor Hills waterpark will be closed for renovations between January 5th, 2026 and February 6, 2026 (approximate dates). The community pool and hot tub will remain open.

Great Location

The Windsor Fantasy home was the perfect spot for our group. Location is very convenient to Disney Springs and all the parks. Nice amenities also located within the community. We’d definitely stay in this house again in the future.

Perfect Spring Break

We stayed at the Windsor Fantasy for spring break 2024. It was a great property in a great location to do all the things Orlando has to offer —Disney, Universal, sightseeing, and golf. We had a great time and would highly recommend the home and our Hosts, Bill and Donna. We are looking forward to visiting again next year.

Great Experience

House was perfect for our 2 families. Pool at the house was refreshing everyday and community pool was only a 2 minute walk down road. All theme parks were just minutes away. Bill and Donna were great with communications and info from the moment we booked it. If we decide to go back would definitely book one if their homes again.

Amazing house for Disney vacay

We had an amazing time at this house during our trip to Disney. The location was incredibly convenient to the parks (we were able to Uber every day for the same price as driving and parking) and the hot tub was a much needed treat after hours of walking at Disney. My son had a blast swimming in the heated pool each evening as well. Bill was always super prompt with his responses to any of my inquiries. Amazing house, amazing location, and amazing hosts. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be staying here again.

Great vacation home for families and awesome host!

Overall we had a great experience with the property. However even a better experience with the host. I can really see why they have great reviews. We have stayed in other properties over the years in Windsor Hills. Bill and Donna’s attention to detail and communication with us was incredible. Even when we had an issue with the AC it was fixed promptly and we received a message from Bill and Donna acknowledging the issue and made sure it was fixed. Overall great experience all the kids enjoyed the pool and the home.

We had the pleasure of visiting the gated Windsor Hill's community again for 14 days in April having stayed there several times before. Frequently renting one of Bill and Donna properties. This time the Windsor Fantasy. Wonderful property with all amenities. Bill responds quickly to any inquiry and is very helpful. In addition to his comprehensive and detailed information email he provides access to a helpful app with information about the house, restaurants, shopping etc. The Wifi in the house is fast and it is convenient to have a charging box for phone, tablet etc. on every nightstand. Bill's houses are within short walking distance to the community pool but as the house has ample space for loungers at the south facing pool we spent our "free" time on the patio. Bill's houses borders a small valley with no houses on the pool side so there is ample privacy.

Beautiful Property

My Family decided to do a vacation for Christmas in Florida.. there were a lot of homes to choose from and for some reason I kept landing back to this house while deciding on a property to book! Well let me tell you that this property did not disappoint! The home is absolutely beautiful and Clean! Everything you need is in this home! The owners are very great to work with! They kept me well informed on everything that my family may need during our stay. The check in process was very easy! I plan on booking again at their property in the future! Incredible villa located in a stunning community, with the most amazing hosts!

From the moment Bill and Donna connected with us after we made an enquiry about their villa, we just knew our stay was going to be amazing. They were the perfect hosts — so attentive and always ready to help. No question was ever too much trouble, and they responded to our enquiries quickly. The Windsor Fantasy villa is stunning and ideally located for easy access to all the parks. Plus, it was just a short 2-minute walk to the lovely communal pool, which was perfect for relaxing on our rest days. The villa was spotless, and we had everything we could possibly need. We also had access to an app with all the information we needed about the villa. We ate at the villa most nights courtesy of the lovely kitchen and huge Walmart close by, but managed to visit 3 restaurants whilst we were there and they were all really close by. Our favourite was the Olive Garden Italian. Beautiful and really good value for money!!! Thank you so much, Bill and Donna! xx

Fantastic Location!

Our family of five (with three young adults) recently enjoyed a weeklong stay at the Windsor Fantasy. First of all, this house is in a great location in the neighborhood. It's just a short walk to the clubhouse down the street where you'll find frozen drinks and pizzas. Its location is also very convenient to the parks, shopping and many, many restaurants. Bill & Donna are excellent hosts! Their attention to detail is second to none. Every morning we got an email with new suggestions for activities and restaurant ideas that was much appreciated. Any little issue we had (e.g. lightbulbs) was handled before the day was over. My kids and husband enjoyed the video game console and especially the private pool & spa. We highly recommend this house or any house managed by Bill & Donna-you can believe the 5 star reviews are genuine!

Absolutely wonder vacation!

Host BILL & Donna were the best to work with. Very responsive and in a timely manner! The location is so convenient minutes from everything! The beds so comfortably amazing! Bathrooms located conveniently. Seating areas and dining table accommodated us all for a great family dinner we catered in from Carrabas. The pool and hot tub was loved by all, just right temp and pool alarm worked perfectly, thank you! The kids liked the game room. The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed. The resort was beautiful the kids enjoyed the slides/splash pad although water was very cold. Pool Lil warmer. This being our 6th time renting a house in the area, Over all we were very happy here, would definitely consider your rentals in the future trips we make! Sincerely Margaret Day & family

Wonderful home!

We very much enjoyed our stay in the Windsor fantasy! The owners (Bill and Donna) clearly want to make sure that renters are happy and have a wonderful stay. Bill checked in on us via email and made sure that we were settled and everything was ok. The house has a fantastic pool and hot tub and it's great not having any neighbors behind you or on one side! The couches in the living room are super comfortable as are the beds and the kitchen is well equipped- they even had two kinds of coffee makers, two toasters snd a pitcher for making lemonade (very few houses we've rented have that!). We also had a great time using the pool table and arcade machine. You will get an information "booklet" that you can add to your phone that has all of the information you need for the house and recommendations of things to do. We took Bill's advice and shopped at Target and ate at Rock-n-Brews. The house is close to the waterpark too and not far from the entry gate, which was nice. We would absolutely recommend staying here!

Great stay

This is our second stay with one of Bill and Dona's properties. You will not find better hosts. The house is in a great location and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Highly recommend and would definitely stay at one of their properties again.

Great location for Disney trip. Great layout amenities for the house itself. We comfortably fit 2 families. Loved having the pool and neighborhood attractions on our rest days from the park. House was well stocked with things like laundry baskets and pool floats other rentals don't always include. Great hosts were very communicative and easy to reach. They provide lots of information about the house and local recommendations for things to do and restaurants.
