HOLLYWOOD VILLA is situated in the prestigious area of Indian Creek estates. This modern villa enjoys the status of being on one of the closest residential community to the magical WALT DISNEY WORLD, just a five minute drive to the home of MICKEY MOUSE.

The 1900 Sq ft villa is ultra modern with all the latest technology and comforts of home. Pool and spa south facing

The main living room includes a 60' LED SMART TV with 100's of HD channels. Wi-Fi throughout the villa and pool areas at broadband speed - 10Mbs.

Gourmet kitchen with top of the line brand new appliances. Dining room with seating for 8.

Two Master Suites with queen sized bed and king sized bed and TV with ensuite baths and walk-in closets.

2 bedrooms include matching twin beds, alarm clocks and TV.

All bathrooms are fully appointed. Private games room with pool table, air hockey, football table, games is truly fun for the whole family. Screened in lanai is the perfect place for a BBQ and swim in our private pool after a long day of theme park hopping or golfing.

Shopping is just minutes away with grocery and retail stores, world class outlet shopping as well as many restaurants and pubs. We are only 15 minutes away from Universal Studios, The Wizarding World of HARRY POTTER, Sea World, Wet and Wild, Lego Land, 60 min to Busch Gardens, Tampa and the Gulf beaches, 1hour to Daytona beach and the space coast, NASA, Cocoa Beach. 20 golf courses within 20 minutes.

Nice place in good location

This place was clean and comfortable. The location is convenient to restaurants, shopping, and the parks. The pool was clean and well cared for. The extra paid heating of the pool in December made it much more enjoyable. The hosts were very quick to respond via email to any and all communication. We look forward to our next visit here

Excellent! Everything was perfect, especially the master 2 seater bath and separate toilet. Game room was a nice, added bonus. Love the flooring. It felt like a real home. But all of the beds were too creaky.

Summer vacation

The property was clean and nicely furnished. The check in/check out process was easy. They left very clear instructions on everything with the property which took out a lot of the hassle so we were able to concentrate on our vacation. The neighborhood was nice, quiet and felt safe.

House is very contemporary, very clean and comfortable. Location is great. We loved the house. Bed mattress’s could be updated but they are clean. Atmosphere was cool, game room was fun and house is well supplied to stay in for a week. Pool was clean and nice. Would book again 🙂

Very nice property very quiet neighborhood. The heated Spa is a must have if you book this property, it heats up very quick even when it’s a little chilly outside. I loved the privacy as well everything went well will definitely stay again

Hollywood villa

Good villa in a quiet neighbourhood but close to the parks and Disney Springs. There is an Aldi 12 mins away and a Walmart 5 minutes away. Check in and out was seamless and the owner is a nice guy. Would definitely recomend to friends and family.

Location!!

Not only is this house perfectly equipped with everything you need, it’s so close to everything and the back yard gets so much sun for those who just want to hang by the pool! We really enjoyed our stay!
