Welcome to Lakehouse Landing.

Lakehouse Landing is a clean, comfortable, peaceful and spacious villa where it is easy to relax and unwind with family and friends. It is situated on a very quiet cul-de-sac, and looks out over a conservation area and lake. The villa is professionally cleaned and sanitized prior to each stay.

Wake up to a cup of tea or coffee and enjoy your morning outside by the pool while looking out at the water. Enjoy fantastic days in the pool, wonderful sunsets over the lake and evening swims.

• Fantastic extended pool area overlooking water, on a large lot for extra privacy.
• Removable kids safety pool fence
• High Speed internet, Wi-Fi, and a desk for writing or for your laptop.
• Non slip tiled floor through majority of house.
• There is a full size kitchen and laundry facilities, with everything you will need to make this a home away from home.
• No fighting for the bathroom, with 3 Master ensuites, in the 4 bathroom house.
• Flat screen TV in every bedroom. All TV’s have Spectrum Cable TV and a variety of Apps to use with your accounts such as Disney+, HULU, Netflix, etc.
• Free long distance in USA and Canada.
• Air Conditioning.

• There are 2 seating areas, one being the family room with flat screen TV with patio doors leading to the pool deck. The second seating area is a quiet den with comfortable sofa for just relaxing and reading.

• Our property management team live in the same subdivision and are able to provide immediate response to guest emergencies, and the ability to handle any issues quickly and efficiently.

• Orange Tree is located just 8 miles from DISNEY main gates
• There is also, free for your use, a tennis court, pickleball court, a 5 acre playing field, soccer pitch and two children's playgrounds (tot lot). There is a lake where you can fish, and a beautiful conservation area, making Orange Tree a very desirable place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay in clermont. The house was inviting from the moment we walked in. The heated pool and hot tub was a hit for everyone. We spent lots of time outside just enjoying the quiet and watching the birds and sounds. There is a Publix right down the street if you need to pick up groceries. If I find myself in this area again I certainly will try and book this house.

A very nice spot to observe animals all through the day! Very private backyard. Lovely house with all that you need for a vacation stay. Kitchen well equipped for your needs! All beds clean and comfortable! And close enough to parks and activities and restaurants!

Gorgeous house
This house is better than the pictures or descriptions. It was gorgeous. Well maintained. Met all of our needs. I rented this for 8 of us to visit Disney. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Supplies were there. Pool was great. Great view. This would be a great winter haven for those escaping the cold.

The house was perfect for our spring break vacation! We had 2 families staying, total of 4 adults and 4 kids and there was more than enough room for us all and the pool was a great size for everyone to enjoy themselves. Close enough to Disney to enjoy the parks too. Absolutely recommend!

The house was amazing and was exactly as portrayed on website. The location and views from the patio were perfect. All amenities were great. Unfortunately, weather was cloudy or rainy all week so we only used pool 3 days. We highly recommend this beautiful home for your vacation.

2024 Disney/Florida family vacation
This property is amazing! We were not disappointed! The pool and hot tub were incredible. We were there for three weeks and thoroughly enjoyed it. This property conveniently located and easy access to everything. The property management guys (Steve) was unbelievable. Lots of space, every amenity imaginable, very spacious, private and this pool area warrants mention again!! This was on our bucket list and it checked all the boxes. The owners were fantastic to deal with! I would very highly recommend this property to anyone! we absolutely LOVED it. Thank you so much!!!

House is perfect for family vacation. Nice area. Quite neighborhood. Pool is spectacular and so is hot tub. Only bad thing I could say is. Master bedroom shower needs a good cleaning. But I am very picky about bathrooms. Would stay here again.
