GENERAL: Sleeps 8 when utilizing queen size Murphy bed chest, Free WiFi (200 Mbps), central air conditioning, free parking, gated community with 24 hour live person security.

KITCHEN: Full size, electric stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, basic pots and pans, dishware & flatware, toddler dining ware, coffee maker, espresso machine, trash valet service

ACCESSIBILITY: Although there is a step-free entry, this is a 2-story townhome with bedrooms and full bathrooms upstairs on the 2nd floor. Murphy bed and half bathroom on the 1st floor.

STARTER PACK: A courtesy supply of items such as toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher soap pods, and dish soap are provided to get you started. Once the courtesy supply is exhausted, you will have to provide your own of these supplies.

PARKING: Driveway accommodates 2 vehicles. No street parking or parking on the grass. Violators will be towed by the resort at your expense.

** THE RESORT **

GUEST ACCESS: Guests are welcome to check in on the date of arrival after 3:00 pm EST. All guests must first check in at the Regal Palms front desk before entering the townhome. At resort check-in, a mandatory $20+taxes per night (NOT per person) charge will need to be paid directly to Regal Palms Resort. The charge does not come to me or VRBO and is used for maintenance and upkeep of shared amenities as well as the 24 hour security. The desk check-in is available 24 hours for the convenience of those who are traveling late or have been delayed.

RESORT AMENITIES: Heated zero-entry beach style pool complete with water slide, lazy river, and hot tub. Ice cream shoppe, seasonal tiki bar, picnic areas with charcoal grills, arcade, beach volleyball court, playground, fitness center. On-site spa and nail services for separate purchase. All outdoor resort amenities are available daily from 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM

WINE AND DINE: Frankie Farrell’s Pub and Grill is an on-site Irish pub serving lunch and dinner. Additionally there is an on-site bar in the front lobby.
