Overall this was a very nice condo. It was spacious and had a nice "home" feeling. I loved looking out the window each morning and see the pool. The master bedroom had the best bed I have ever slept in a rental. I loved the fact that it is located near Disney World as well as restaurants, shopping centers, and other attractions. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans, utensils, plates, cups, and bowls. The internet worked great. We enjoyed sitting in the den area each evening and watching Netflix.
There were, unfortunately, a few annoying things about the condo that may be helpful for someone looking to rent this unit .
First, the owner may want to consider replacing the old, drip coffee pot. It did not produce a good cup of coffee-only warm, brown water. Having a good cup of coffee in the morning is very important to me. I ended up having to buy a small Keurig. Second, the dishwasher was disgusting. There was rust inside of it. The water temperature is off in the front bathroom. It never went beyond warm. The beds in the two smaller bedrooms are super high. My 71-year old mother-in-law had a hard time getting into the bed.
I'm mentioning these things not to discourage anyone from renting this unit. As I said, the above things were "annoying", but not a deal breaker. My family and I have a great time in Orlando and look forward to going back. I would rent this unit again.
