Please note that from September 16, 2024, through MARCH 30, 2025, the pool at the main clubhouse will be closed for remodeling. The clubhouse, gym, and concierge service remain open. However, the new mega pool complex in front of building 4114 Breakview Drive is now fully open, with a pool bar, multiple pools, splash pool, fire pit & hot tub, and being enjoyed. This is approximately a 5-minute walk across the street or two minutes by car where your pool pass will also work.

🚮Tiled floors and other hard flooring surfaces are moped with a "Pine-Sol" solution, labeled by the manufacturer as killing 99.9% of surface germs.
🚮 Our cleaning staff wear gloves and masks when cleaning your home
🚮 After being cleaned/disinfected etc toilets are sealed with a labeled paper sanitizer strip that is torn when the toilet lid is opened by the guest.
