Quiet and relaxing
First let me say the pictures don’t do this place justice. It was beautiful, clean, quiet, and in a very central area of Orlando where it wouldn’t take very long to get to all the places you would want/need to go. This place thought of everything you could need. The pool was awesome not only because it was screened in, but the view of the pond and its various wildlife was serene. The neighborhood was very quiet, so it felt like we were home. The host Michael was wonderful and very responsive. We had no issues at all during our stay. We will still be staying here again.

Beautiful place. 3 adults, 2 teens, 2 young adults and my grandbaby. Very clean. Only suggestion is to bring towels for using at the pool because there was only enough towels for showing.

Home is lovely.
Very spacious and beautiful. I do feel like the property manager needs to address several maintenance issues in the house. There was a piece of the dishwasher that was bent out of place and made it difficult to load and unload the dishwasher. They also had a metal piece of the gate around the pool that was broken. But overall it was a beautiful home and we enjoyed your home

We were very happy with this property. It was spacious enough for the six of us, and had everything that we needed for the time we were there. It was comfortable, and well taken care of. The proximity to the places that we wanted to go made it a great location to be, and should we come back to Orlando, we will definitely look to book here again.

House was very clean and perfect size for 5 females!! Great location , close to everything yet away from the busy parts of city. Loved having coffee by the pool watching the various types of birds at the lake. Some turtle sightings too. Property management were quick to have AC repair man make house call. Would stay again!!

This house was very nice and peaceful. The view of the pond in the backyard was a nice scenery to wake up to in the morning and the whole family enjoyed the stay. There was somewhat of a smell in the house but it was overall clean and the furniture was nice and clean. Thanks for the stay!

Was very pleasant I would absolutely stay sgain.
The house was very clean, in the pool area the tenants before me remove her press on nails and left them under the table. That was something the Housekeeper did not notice. The sliding doors the railing at at the bottom can use some power cleaning. The toilet paper holder in the bathroom kept falling off.

The home was spacious and nice. The beds have some issues with squeaking when u move. The toilet paper holder in the hall bathroom was loose from the wall. It could use some touch up paint. All in all it was decent just needs a little cosmetic TLC. The location was great.

Comfortable but shabby.
There was alot of space for the family. The pool was used daily by the grandkids. About a half hour from Disney and Sea World. Very nice for what we wanted. Negatives: furniture is well used and rather shabby. And a new paint job would improve the overall appearance. Also not sure how well everything is cleaned because I found whiskers on the sink in the ensuite bathroom. There were not enough towels nor toilet paper. The ad said everything was supplied and all we would need was laundry detergent. That wasn't the case. We had to get toilet paper, kleenex and paper towels and dish washer det. Also the instructions sent did not match the ones at the house. Also the literature kept referring to a HOA and how you'd get fined for how you put out the garbage etc but there were yards not mowed, cars parked everywhere in the road and in the cul de sacs that indicated there was no HOA.
