Fabulous Large Family Rental
House was exactly as advertised. We had a few things we needed fixed and maintenance was sent. The line to get into property can be long (45 min wait). Customer service was very kind and happy to help.

Perfect stay!
It was a perfect stay for us, as it was almost universally appealing! We had a delightful weekend getaway without the kids, where we could simply enjoy ourselves without any set schedule for once.

Plenty of room for our family unit of 25 to eat, drink and play together and still have space for private time. Hope to do it again. Not much need to go anywhere else

This house was perfect for our large group of 21! The pool was great, there were enough bedrooms and bathrooms for 16 cheerleaders and 5 adults. Highly recommend this place to any large groups!

Well Furnished!
I was invited to stay with my family in this villa. Everything about this house is absolutely outstanding. The bedrooms are well furnished and we really enjoyed waking up to natural light every single morning.

It was fun!
Y'all this rental is amazing. We spent only a day here but man was it fun. Appreciate the invite and the hospitality. Loved everything about it from the theater to the arcades.

Spacious House
This home was perfect for our party of 7 families. We were in Orlando for a soccer tournament and was able to VRBO this home to accommodate more than half of my team. The conference/dinning room was perfect for my video reviews with the boys. I will definitely be back.

hard to describe how cool this place is. Villatel did a good job dressing this place. the kids rooms especially. there's a theater and so much more. the pics are nothing compared to what actually get. why dont you post more images?

House was amazing and exactly as described. All the games worked and had all the necessary pieces to play. The pool towels were abundant. The second refrigerator was a nice surprise. Only two minor things: not enough bath towels or cookware.

Villatel Beauty
The property was as it appeared in the on line photos. Pool was enjoyed by everyone. The games were especially good for keeping the kids and some adults occupied. The one issue was the shower in the master bedroom. When used there was water on the floor in the bathroom area which had to be mopped up with a towel. It appeared that there was a seal missing on the bottom of the door which caused the problem. There was also a problem with the fan stopping in the first floor bedroom near the pool. Otherwise all was as expected.

Spring in Florida with All Our Kids
We LOVED the house! The layout, the updated decor, all the many windows to let the sun in - sooo much comfort and convenience, even for a large house . There was plenty to keep everyone entertained including the movie theatre, multiple game rooms, outdoor ping-pong not to mention the pool and jacuzzi. The kitchen was great - including two full size refrig-freezers, and as far as cleaning clothes, the three pairs of washer-dryers more than did the job. The few issues requiring immediate attention were addressed so quickly that we all joked 'If only we could get this type of service at home'. In terms of location, the house is ~30 mins from Disney and MCO - but remember, you are in the greater Orlando area and there is a lot of traffic. The only critique we would have about the house both involved shower doors not sealing completely resulting in some water on the floor. The shower in the master bath was especially concerning. Beyond that, we were a bit surprised that there was an extra charge to heat the pool and jacuzzi (I.e., ~$70/night). But all in all, our house made the week with all our kids and one grandchild a memory we will always share.

Beautiful home
My family and I vacationed at this home and we were not disappointed. Check was easy. It was about 25 of us and this home has enough space for everyone. The home is decorated very nice and was clean, which is very important to me and my family. The kitchen was well stocked. The kids had so much fun they didn't care to leave. There's enough entertainment for everyone, the pool and game room was a big hit. I would definitely recommend this home to all of my family and friends. Great location!

Family Vacation
The house and resort were as advertised, very nice! There were 22 people in our party and there was enough space for everyone. Everyone having their own bathroom was amazing. The only issues we had were check in- they were asking for names of all the guests but Villatel never requested this information so the only name that was in the system was mine, which meant that though i had sent the drivers the Villatel email with all the check in details, the door code was not activated until I arrived. The house was clean for the most part- we just found modelo beer bottles in one of the rooms and the theater chairs needed to be wiped down, they were sticky. Also Villatel gave out info that was not correct- there is NO overnight parking at the clubhouse. Luckily our 6th car was able to find street parking at the convention center. Otherwise the stay was amazing.

Wonderful week
Property is exactly as described. We had 24 of us, 19 adults and 5 children. Home is beautifully furnished and clean.Enough space to be together but with a feeling of your own space. Pool/hot tub were great. lazy river and playground are up the street. Disney about 25 mins away, traffic can build up in the area tho. Couple things- tvs weren't that obvious to operate and wifi was pretty spotty. We were on vacation so definately not a deal breaker. The play rooms were a life saver when we were trapped in the house during a tropical storm. Quick responses from management and check in/out was a breeze. Would definately stay again.

Great stay. Some concerns which were addressed and repaired or remedied right away. Kids and family enjoyed themselves. However, some of the entertainment described wasn’t easily accessible such as watching television & karaoke. Very expensive and short cancellation period. However I would come back again and we did enjoy ourselves, there’s something for all ages of enjoyment.

Kids didnt want to leave and neither did adults. very cozy and big house. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The rooms are great with arcades, table games and a theater.

Getting into Solterra was wait but wroth it once we arrived to the house. there's construction outside but didnt bother us. The house is brand new. Everything is brand new and still with tags on it. Felt like Vegas, this place has so much entertainment.
