This 4 bedroom/3 bath home is family friendly. It was renovated this past year so everything is in great condition. We equipped it with everything we would want in our own home, only better! The center of our villa is an open-plan kitchen with breakfast bar seating 4, and kitchen table seating another 4. Adjacent is the formal dining room seating 6 people. Large L-shaped leather sofa with recliners with flat screen TV for watching the next game! Remote controlled LED accent lighting allows you to add your own flair to your living space. The master bedroom has a lovely en-suite bathroom. The queen bedroom has it's own bath that also may be accessed from the pool. The twin bedrooms are Disney themed. One is Mickey and Minnie, the other is Pirates. The heated (extra charge) pool and spa are south-facing, so you get a good amount of sun. The games room has a top notch pool table and table football for all ages to enjoy during the holiday. The spa has a separate control so it gets hot really quick. BBQ is available at an additional fee Some Disney fireworks are viewed from the front yard.

The first night the a/c was not working however the owners were going to get someone out on the Sunday! The house was nice and clean and the owners were very responsive! Highly recommend this property!

Family Christmas Vacation
Thoroughly enjoyed our 15 night stay at the rental residence. Comfortable and spacious. Owner responded to an issue with the pool which was quickly resolved. Location access was convenient to Disney World.

From the time we stepped foot in the house till the day we left there was non stop problems. I thought the house was clean but on closer inspection saw that it was not from the bugs and dirt on the carpet to the dirty dishes in the cabinet that were put back dirty, to the filth behind the master bathroom toilet. The swans you see in the pictures, were nowhere to be found , which was just a symbol of the housekeepers doing their job, so i guess that means they didn't .I was afraid to sleep under the sheets because it seemed the sheets were not even changed. There were no washcloths in the whole house and we had to wait 3 days to get a decent amount. After looking at some of the past reviews some had the same experiences. The house is badly in need of maintenance since just a few of the listed issues was what we had to deal with. No light fixture in one of the bathrooms with wires hanging out, The shower door would not close, my husband had to fix the sink drain , replace the a.c filter which was rattling and needed to be replaced months ago. There were lights flickering in the house in 4 different places, the master bathroom door wouldn't close or lock. The list goes on with the maintenance and cleanliness issues. The property manager only fixed some of the problems and didn't properly change the sheets, I was done asking for help after that. I could go on and on, take what you want from my experience. If we could have got a refund and found a place we would have been gone.

Amazing Stay ! Highly recommended
Honestly I have nothing but great things to say about our stay. The house was perfect, very clean! It’s very accommodated to all of anyone’s everyday needs. Location was amazing, beautiful private gated community, 30min drive to the airport, 20mins to the parks . Property manager was super professional. An incident came up and she took care of it within 30 mins . I highly recommend this place! Trust me you won’t be disappointed

This was a great house but the first night we was without air(89 degrees inside). The management company sent someone out quickly and they provided fans for the night. The next morning a tech was there to fix it. There was a few items, like master shower door doesn't close, whoever cleans need to check between the sections of the sectional because it was dirty. We found a shirt and a pair of socks between the sections of the couch. All in all it was a great house, neighborhood was extremely quiet and it was the 4th of July week. You can watch fireworks from the front yard, that was amazing.

2nd trip
Second year at the same location for our Disney trip. Everything was great. We stayed for 10 days, 2 days before our leave date the neighboring house across from the pool decided to bring a DJ booth, strobe lights, along with 20+people and play their music until after midnight. There’s a quiet time, DTP is real. We contacted the property manager who was exceptional and helpful, also had to contact the sheriffs because the house would not put into consideration others in the area well past the POSTED QUIET TIME. We love the house and the location but that group made for a very stressful night with children. May be vacation but always be considerate of others and their vacation fun too. Our only complaint was the neighbors, as long as you get a good vacay neighbor then you should be able to have a quite retreat away. :)

Nice home
Overall the house is gorgeous and in a great community close to attractions. When we pulled up the manager was there finishing up around the property. The manager did say the washer was out and he would have it fixed quickly. Well that never happened the washer needed replaced and it wasn’t during our stay. One of the main reasons I chose the property was to have access to a washer on-site as we came for 12 nights and drove from Michigan with 7 of us. We packed light with anticipation of washing our laundry on site as well as our pool towels. Unfortunately I had to go to the laundromat multiple times during our stay to keep our towels laundered so they didn’t start smelling from using them often. I did reach out to the manager as well as texted him and there was no reply. Very upsetting as it took time out of our planned activities to do so. The home is nice but needs to be cleaned more thoroughly. Word of advice if your renting wash the dishes when you get there as they are disgusting and the cook wear is not the best and there is not much of it. There was also no toilet tissue or paper towels and really nothing to use as stated in the description. I did come down to check out different areas as my family plans on moving to Florida at the beginning of next year and the traffic in that area is not bad at all so that was nice. This is a beautiful home and very quiet neighborhood.

Very pleased with property, good location. Close to all amenities required by our group. Property manager was helpful for a few things but failed to deliver rental unit manual to us after two phone calls. The manual is the bible for renters so all the workings of the house are explained as well as the wishes of the home owner regarding their expectations of renters. Overall, pleased with the rental and would recommend it to future renters. Charlie

Clean and comfortable home for a family
The house was clean and tidy and in a quiet neighborhood. It was perfect for our family of 5 to spread out and have their own room during our week stay in the Orlando area. An important side note: if staying during colder months, there is no 'hot' tub, it is a pool with a spa connected and only heats to 80 degrees. I don't think hot tubs are a thing in Florida :)

Great Villa
The villa is perfect for a large family. Really clean and well equipped. Pool area was great, and cleaned each week. We had a small problem with the AC and called the property management team and was fixed within a couple of hours. Cannot fault anything. Really good location, easy access to I4 with a Publix just around the corner. A good few fast food restaurants nearby with larger restaurants about a 10-15 min drive on the 192.

We truly enjoyed our time here for the past week. It was very convenient to everything that we needed. We had 4 adults and 3 kids and this property provided plenty of room. We had two minor issues and reached out to the property manger and he was awesome. Things were taken care of quickly. We would stay again without hesitation.

We had a great stay. This was our first Vrbo experience and everything went smoothly. Owners answered ALL my crazy questions along the way. My husband and I along with our 10 year old son (and 2 dogs) rented the property for 2 1/2 weeks. We weren’t sure what to expect as I said, this was our first time. The property was clean. Neighborhood was really quiet (until our last 3 nights) when the house behind and down a few were up drinking and carry on until after midnight. You couldn’t hear it too much when in the house. Thank goodness my son sleeps with a sound machine otherwise he would have been up all night. There were little things that I pointed out to the management company (baseboards weren’t attached to the wall, handle cracked on the microwave) but nothing major and nothing that wasn’t easily ignored and didn’t effect our stay. We didn’t cook at the house much but some of the pots and pans weren’t in the best shape; what I expected from a rental. I get it. I wouldn’t put anything over the top in a rental property. We went to Disney 8 times during our stay and the property is about 30 minutes from all the parks. One day it was 90 minutes to get back to the rental. I was happy that day we left the parks earlier than usual with having our dogs at the house. We knew the backroads by the time we left to avoid Route 4 where all the traffic was. My big suggestion if doing Disney: take a map. Don’t rely on your phone’s GPS. All in all, we had a fantastic experience and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you to John & Kathy for being such great hosts. You really made our first rental experience a great one!

Perfect vacation
This home and neighborhood exceeded our expectations! Mrs. Kathy and Mr.John were extremely accommodating along with their property managers Mark and Leanna. The home came with everything you could need from infant high chairs & play pen to a fully stocked kitchen, linen closets and bedding. We came bringing our own things but we’re relieved to see that the house came with the small things one forgets to bring like aluminum foil. With paying a pet fee they let us bring our fur baby and she LOVED laying pool side and observing and trying to catch all the cute lizards you’ll see outside that even escort you to the trash can^_^. We traveled from NC for our first Disney world trip and we fell in love with this home!! Convenient to a lot of shopping centers and even in the worst traffic, the travel to Disney was at most 25 minutes. The ride home from the park could range BECAUSE OF CONSTRUCTION upwards of 45 minutes exiting at 55 (champions gate) so we drove down to exit 58 at the target and dodged most of the back up traffic that way as it’s also 8 minutes from champion’s gate from the other direction:). We would love to stay again next summer! Thank you so much for sharing your home and giving my family a wonderful getaway! 💗

We found that property to be ideal for our family and having and having a swimming pool was great. Just a rent
At first I choose this house because was pet friendly, luckily for me I didn’t brought my pets in this trip. They have a book with the rules and said NOT PETS ALLOWED.. who’s lying? The house location is far from the parks and Walmart. One of the doors in the pool didn’t close because was broken, so basically someone could get in the pool area. In the pool area you have 3 more houses that have their pools facing that same way, and most of the time was full of marihuana stinks because of the neighbors, so your kids can’t enjoy the pool because of the neighbors, but hey…you’re not allowed to smoke in the property at least on this one. PD buy your own soap and detergent, also the stove only have 2 working burners. Like I said it’s just a place for rent.
