Free street parking is available in front of the townhome and across the street, on a first-come, first-served basis. You may park up to 2 vehicles.

This private gated community is surrounded by 200 acres of beautiful natural Florida woodlands and lakes. This property is located in the community of Festival Minto Resorts, which offers a community pool with water park, clubhouse, miniature golf, general store, old fashioned ice cream parlor, digital arcade, and sand volleyball courts.
Getting Around:
Festival is located off of I-4/Exit 58. West on ChampionsGate Boulevard to Ronald Reagan Parkway.
Other Things to Note:
1. Pool heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/day per service, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details.
2. We're happy to deliver:
- a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 (one-time fee)
- a Highchair for $40 (one-time fee)
- a full BBQ propane tank upon request for $70/per tank.
- We offer mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration. This service is available for an extra fee and will need to be booked in advance.
