The adjacent top-of-the-line kitchen boasts premium appliances, a large island countertop, and fully stocked cabinetry, everything you need to prep and serve up a delicious family meal throughout your stay (or pop open those takeout containers...yeah, we get you!). There's not one but two full-sized fridge/freezer combo units, so there's plenty of space for everyone's snacks! There's even two large capacity dishwashers! Enjoy your culinary creations around the oversized dining room table, or head outdoors to your stunning covered patio deck, furnished with tables and chairs. The Harry Potter room features bunk-beds with a slide; but all the theme rooms have cool mood lighting, awesome murals and decorative details. There are four King bedrooms on the ground level, and five more King bedrooms on the second floor. The second floor also has a room with two twin beds, the Harry Potter room, and a Esmerelda themed room with a bunk-bed.

Parking:
• You can park in the driveway, up to 4 vehicles. There's also additional parking at the clubhouse, overnight parking is allowed for up to 2 vehicles. Please do not park in the street, your car will be towed.
Property Access:
• Guests will enter the community through the security gate where they will be greeted by a guard. All guests gain full access to Bella Vida Resort and all of the amenities they offer. Bella Vida resort does not allow trailers of any kind (ie. boats, RV's, campers, U-Hauls, etc).

• Pets up to 70lbs. are very welcome at our home. The pet fee is $129/animal (one-time fee).
