Upgraded Huge Lakefront 1BR/2BA Blue Heron Beach Resort Condominium

Recently upgrade spacious one bedroom, two full bath Condominium in the newest Disney Area luxury lakefront condominium at the Blue Heron Beach Resort nestled on the shores of 400 plus acre Lake Bryan, two blocks off I4 at the main Lake Buena Vista exit and yes, just .9 miles from the entrance to Disney!

This professionally decorated unit is appointed with the best of everything, granite counter tops, jetted master tub, and designer furnishing. This unit has a breathtaking view of the pool and lake. The unit is completely equipped with everything you to need to have a 'magical' stay.
The condominium sleeps six with a separate master suite with king-size bed and private bathroom.

The bunk area and sofa bed each sleep two people with a separate full bath for a total of six people. Unit has two 4K Smart TVs (65in in Living and 55in in Master), along with full-size washer and dryer.

The resort features two levels of under building covered parking with easy elevator access, a fitness room, multiple pools and hot tub spa, boardwalk and docks, tiki bar, arcade and access to a variety of rental watersport from neighboring Lake Buena Vista Watersports.

Our location is centrally located to all of what Lake Buena Vista and Orlando has to offer from theme parks to fine dining. We are in the heart of the Disney resort area and only minutes to Sea World, Universal and the Convention Center.

Many vacation rentals advertised in the Disney/Orlando area are private homes miles away from the resort areas and are managed remotely. We are right in the heart of the resort area and make sure you have a great vacation experience. We leave nothing about your Orlando vacation to chance.

Amazing Spring Break!

Great way to do Disney
Husband took our 13 year old daughter for her birthday and it was perfect. Close to the Disney Parks, but she also loved the pool at the property. We would stay again with the whole family.

Wonderful Condo
We thoroughly enjoyed our short week long visit to the area while attending a conference at the Marriott Convention Center. The condo was perfect and much preferred compared to a hotel stay. Our communications with the owner were excellent. Highly recommend this property for anyone staying near Disney or the Marriott Convention Center.

Great location. Nice area. Nice looking property with large pool, hot tub, Tiki Bar, walking trail that leads to pier overlooking Lake Bryan. Our view from the 6th floor gave us the most beautiful sunrises every morning and the reflection of the clouds on the lake was breathtaking. Less than 10 minute drive to Disney parks. Loved Disney decor in the condo unit. Clean, updated, comfortable. Loved our stay.

The Best & convenient unit.
This unit was FANTASTIC! The owner is amazing and communicates Amazingly! This home is located in a convenient location! Minutes from everything! Fuel Marts and food walking distance. The view of the lake and pool from the balcony! The pictures came to life for this home! The bed was like Heaven, we slept like infants. The Mickey and Minnie Decor was so adorable and it wasnā€™t overwhelming. We surely did not want to leave and wanted to extend the stay. This is surely a great place to stay post Cruise or Vacation wise. We definitely plan to return to this unit. We may bring the kids or keep it the parents secret lol. So much space and room throughout the entire condo! Thank you for allowing us to be your guest! Great Home for Vacation
We definitely will rent again if we ever visit Florida again. We had a little issue when checking in, but the owner resolved it quickly. The house was clean and in great shape. It has a computer desk with monitor, keyboard, and mouse. My kids loved it, since they could hook up their computer and used it. The location was great and safe. It was easy access to all theme parks.

Fantastic Get Away
The unit was beautiful and very well kept. The owner was easy to get a hold of when and if needed. Beautiful views of the pool area as well as the Orlando skyline, where you can see Epcot, Disney Springs, and more. One thing I wish we had known beforehand is whether or not the theme park shuttle would be available to us, and sadly it was not because you are booking privately, but as long as you have other means of transportation it will not damper the trip experience one bit. There is also a fun mini golf course right next door and convenient shopping and dinning options within walking distance. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Orlando! Very affordable for such a great location!

Great stay
We were in town for a volleyball tournament and was looking for a nice condo in a good location for a great price. This was it! The condo was clean and decorated very cute. It was a good location with a quick drive to the convention center. It's close to the outlet mall, restaurants and downtown Disney. We were able to walk out the door and watch the fireworks from Epcot and another theme park. Would highly recommend.

We loved this place! Everything is just as it looks in the pics, kids loved the bunk beds, the sun care items and pool towels are appreciated. The pool was huge and my girls loved it! The tiki bar was fun with great drinks, they have food too, but we didnā€™t order food. Great location, close to everything. Very easy check in and check out. We hope to be back!

Property was exactly as expected. Lovely to have breakfast on the balcony overlooking the lake. Location was fantastic for all the main parks, as well as shopping outlets. Used Ubers a few times to visit Disney Springs on an evening- less than 10 dollars each way as very close. Would definitely recommend this property as a place to stay.

25th anniversary vacation
We spent a week at this property, and it was awesome. It was clean, convenient, and it was as advertised. Close to the parks, freeways, restaurants and shopping. We loved the pool and bar area by the pool as well. All the employees were very friendly and the guests were very sociable and helpful to us, as this was our first visit there. We will definitely be back as it was very affordable for Orlando and for spring break, it was perfect.
