Windsor at Westside Resort, Orlando Florida is one of the most popular resort communities in the Orlando/Kissimmee area. Gated Resort condominium with Luxury Club House, water park, arcade, loft with bar, sports courts and outdoor play areas.

Windsor at Westside is located:

- 20 Minutes Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores and Orlando Premium Outlets.

CLUBHOUSE
- All amenities are open to the guests.
- Gym is open from 9am – 8pm
- Pool from 9am – dusk
- Restaurant from 11am – 9pm.
- Please note that these hours are subject to change without prior notice. The clubhouse reserves
the right to close for maintenance without prior warning.
- Coolers and outside food/alcohol are not permitted inside the clubhouse or within the pool area.
- Glass containers are prohibited in any pool area, clubhouse, and all Association common areas.

Two days before the guest's arrival, the voucher with check-in instructions will be sent.

This is a self-catering vacation home. Guests must purchase any further items needed that they'll consume or use during the stay or replace products when they are over. This includes personal care products, food, drinks, etc. The offered amenities listed below are only initial supplies, small-sized:

- Bathroom: One toilet paper per bathroom, a garbage bag that is already in the trashcan, Small shampoo and conditioner.
- Kitchen: Two garbage bags, Sponge, Dishwasher soap, Paper towel.
- Laundry: One laundry detergent.
- Linens/sheets: 1 sheet kit per bed, one towel per guest (house’s maximum occupancy).

PLEASE NOTE:
The following extra services are available and must be requested at least 48 hours before your check-in date. Here are the details:

- Pool heating: $33 per day with a minimum charge of $165, subject to availability.
- Early check-in (from 10 am): $127, subject to availability.
- Late check-out (Until 3 pm): $127, to be requested no later than check-in time and subject to availability.

Complimentary use of BBQ Grill: The BBQ Grill will be clean and available for your convenience. To use it, you will need to refill the propane cylinder at the nearest retail store or propane refill station.

POOL CLEANING
Pool cleaning at Windsor at Westside Resort houses is typically conducted weekly on Mondays or Tuesdays, but it may be subject to adjustments based on weather conditions. In the event of unfavorable weather, the cleaning may be rescheduled to a different day of the week. Our professional team has access to the pool area without requiring you to open the door, and they will complete the service in approximately one hour, allowing you to enjoy the pool afterward.

Top class holiday accommodation in Kissimmee
House was excellent and exactly as described. Very well laid out with plenty of room, very clean throughout. Bedroom very nice and comfortable beds. Nice touches with the breakfast bar having four places laid out and dining table set up for a meal. All appliances used worked well during our stay. The outdoor pool area was very nice and well used by my family. Clubhouse pools and lazy river were very popular with the family. the property is walking distance to a fuel station and convenience store and there are countless shops and restaurants a short drive away. Easy access to Disney, Universal and Sea World. Only drawback is the proximity of the property to a busy road with intrusive road noise from early morning. This woke us up in the morning and was a nuisance when sitting out by the enclosed pool. Also a minor issue with no fire extinguishers at the property though signage in place for two. Reported to the management team but never replaced during our stay.

Amazing property and vacation
We had 7 of us and it was a great time. My kids and I are from CT and the property was exactly what we needed after the long travel! My mom and sister met us there since they are from Florida. We enjoyed the pool that was apart of the property on day 1. The kitchen was fantastic along with the rest of the house. Plenty of spacious bedrooms and bathrooms for all of us. Also with the extra living space upstairs was perfect for the teens to watch their own movies and shows. The property also included a resort type water area that was for the community to share. We really enjoyed spending time there. It was super clean and the staff was very nice. The pool was a great size and the lazy river was great!! Just make sure you have your own tubes. There is a community pool in the same area we stayed in, but we chose to drive to the bigger one. It wasn’t far at all, but not walking distance. The property had plenty of towels for us all. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed for the days we stayed in and cooked. We didn’t use the grill but we did take a peek at it and it was a nice grill. Having the pool covered in the back was nice. No mosquitos or other bugs bothered us. My family and I tend to get bitten easily and we did not in the pool at all. Was nice to swim at night. Thank you again for having an amazing place for my family and I to stay at. Will definitely try to stay there again in the future!

The home was Everything the listing show! Loved the family sitting area aside from the living room ! Had a wonderful time. The pictures were accurate as to what the unit looked like. Very roomy and open floor plan kept us all together. My complaints, which are minor, are: kitchen pans are induction pans instead of Teflon. Meaning you had to cook with low heat. I didn’t the first morning, made scrambled eggs for everyone and used medium to high heat, which turned the eggs blue. No one ate them of course. Our granddaughter looked online about the pans and it was the pan mixing with the sulphur in the eggs. Safe to eat but who wants blue eggs? So had to cook very very slowly from them on. Teflon is much better. Hard to cook slowly when feeding 7 people. Kitchen needs a can opener that works, borrowed a neighbors. 2 of the beds didn’t have fitted sheets on the bottom resulting in making beds during the night. Again, not major complaints. Things we could live with for one week. Lazy river and fun pool for kids were in a different development which was not mentioned. Again, once we found it, it was fine. I would rent again if we go back to Orlando area.

Everything about the pictures wasn't nothing compared to actually seeing the place. Very beautiful, very spacious and the pool added the extra love for the kids. We stayed here during the 2024 National College Dance and Cheer competition at ESPN Wide World of Sports. The house is exactly as pictured. Everything was ready and immaculate when we arrived. There was a problem with the lock box code when we arrived around midnight, but the emergency number the host provided it, rectified it within minutes. There are plenty of kitchen supplies, towels, etc. but if you need more, there is a washer and dryer in the townhouse. The pool was perfect for quick dips in between sessions at the competition. Disney is about 5 miles (20 minutes) away--there never is a moment without traffic! The gated community feels safe and secure. Hoping to book again there next year. I would suggest replacing the carpets which are worn and stained, but appeared clean. Overall a wonderful place to call home for the weekend.

The house was perfect! Very clean and well stocked with everything except towels and pool towels. You will definitely need to bring extras. Check in was very easy. House was as described. My only complaint about the house was the carpets had just been cleaned and were still very wet. My daughter slipped on the stairs because of the wet carpet and we had to put towels down. This has nothing to do with the house, but the resort itself. As far as the amenities in the lazy river area, again no towels. Limited shade. Definitely not enough umbrellas. They charge $125 for a cabana with just chairs. That's it. Other resorts offer mini-fridges, fans, outlets, water bottles, snacks, and waiter service. None of that here with the cabanas. Overall, clean, the kids had fun, much smaller than the pics. In the afternoon it gets very crowded. Average resort prices for food and drinks.

The property exactly as its shown-on pictures, clean, stylish, simple and elegant. House has all basic necessity and extras like pillows and blankets. Check in and out was extremely easy. At arrival host greet us with little welcoming basket of soda on the kitchen counter. It was very charming We love our stay, will definitely recommend and will book again through this host. For future renters' little tip which has nothing to do with host: if you decide to visit club house, have to be prepared to bring everything with you or pay on the spot, for example, cabana is $125,etc.
