Villa is a luxurious two-story townhome that offers a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. As you enter the house, you'll be greeted by a spacious living room on the first floor that is ideal for relaxing or entertaining guests. The living room is tastefully decorated with comfortable furniture and equipped with a large TV that guarantees an immersive entertainment experience.

The kitchen on the first floor is fully equipped with all the cookware you'll need to prepare delicious meals. Whether you're a seasoned chef or a beginner, you'll have everything you need to whip up your favorite dishes. The kitchen also has ample counter space and storage cabinets, making it a joy to use.

Upstairs, you'll find the bedrooms that offer a serene and private retreat. The master bedroom is a highlight of the house, featuring a jetted tub where you can unwind after a long day. The queen bed in the master bedroom is comfortable and spacious, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The guest bedroom is equally comfortable, with two twin beds and a full-size bathroom.

Outside, the villa features a patio where you can soak up the sun or enjoy a meal alfresco. Chris is a great owner and responds quickly which allowed for us to have a great experience. Check in and check out was a breeze. There were plenty supplies for our stay and the location is close to everything.

The townhome/hotel was in a great location, very affordable, and fairly well stocked. Could use some salt and pepper with all the other spices and some baking sheets, but other than that a very nice place to stay.

long stay worked well
We stayed here for 2 weeks. Attended the trade show 1 week and vacation the other. Place was quiet in comparison to other places in the area. Getting in and out of the facility was good. The home was clean but worn a bit and could use updating. The bed in the master was soft and moved excessively when someone turned or got in or out of the bed. There was no washer and dryer which is a big inconvenience for a long stay. All in all very adequate and worked out fine for my stay.

The check in process was quick and the place was clean and fully stocked! Would have like more/larger trash bins, and the shower pressure in the second bedroom could have been better. But overall it was a good stay and perfect location!

Perfect for a family SeaWorld Visit
This villa was perfect for our family of 5 when we were in Tampa visiting SeaWorld. Plenty of space for us to spread out; way better than cramming into a hotel room. The Villa had everything we needed, and was clean. No complaints. We cooked breakfast each morning, and there were lots of close options for takeout for dinners. Also, the kids loved the heated pool!

Long weekend spent with family.
Loved the condo with two bedrooms upstairs w/bathrooms. The location was perfect since we were watching our granddaughter play in a volleyball tournament only a short distance away. Very clean & comfortable. Remember to bring your own coffee. We will try to book this condo again when we return later.
