TERRIBLE management- DO NOT RECOMMEND!
False advertising. Only 1 bath tub in this unit. (Listed as 3 tubs when I booked) NO hot tub as listed (when I booked it was listed) very inattentive with you throughout your stay. Extremely hard to communicate with if you need anything fixed. Multiple lies. Refused to compensate or make things right when THEY were in the wrong, just point finger and blame others (Vrbo mainly). Not very clean. Hair on walls, washer/dryer area VERY dirty. No pot holders. Very little silverware. Horrible management is the main issue and RUDE to deal with if you have any issues! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

The VRBO profile of this property claims it's in Downtown when it's really located in Davenport (40 minutes to an hour away depending on traffic). If you needed to be in Orlando proper for any reason, THIS IS NOT THE placePLACE!TOSTAY

We enjoyed our stay at this residence, it was clean and welcoming. The pool was amazing, we paid for the heat option and it was hot tub temps in pool size. The home could use some things to do, board games, cards, a pool noodle just something for down time at the house would of been a warm welcome. Also please understand this home is located in Champion Gates. We booked this home using the map on VRBO, thinking it was close to tinker field. Sadly this house is not where the map says and we were over an hour away from our event. Please disregard the map when looking at the location this home in located within Champion Gates. NOT CLOSE TO DOWNTOWN. Overall if we were just in FL for a get away it would of been just perfect, I recommend this home to any travelers hitting Disney, Sea world or any of the activities near CG.

The kitchen is very poorly stocked. The pillows in at least one of the bedrooms were dirty...one even molded. The bathrom tub had hair in it. Bathroon in bed 2...door handle was not on. Otherwise it was great. Community/area was beautiful

Great location
House is exactly as shown. It was very clean and each bedroom had bathrom & pool towels provided. House is in a great neighborhood and was very central to all the places we wanted to visit during our 2 week trip. We did end up buying a small cutting board to add to the kitchen as we didnt want to cut vegetables directly on the counter and also added a small frying pan. Overall, staying at this house waa great and would rent again..

I recently booked a stay for my family and we were very impressed with everything about our stay, from easy booking, to property accessibility and cleanliness. The location had everything we needed, even down to a pack and play for our infant. I would definitely stay again!

Beautiful Condo
The condo was beautiful, very clean, in a great location, and in a very safe gated community. The pool was perfect and the condo had ample space. The only issues experienced were with communication with the host and management company. The linked address on the VRBO site did not go to the correct address. I reached out to the owner with no response but the management company did respond. I had messaged the owner a few days before our arrival asking if we could extend a day but they said they were already booked for the day we checked out which was perfectly fine, once we checked in, we get an email from the management company offering an extension. I replied back stating we would like to extend a night only to receive an email that it wasn’t available. Nothing huge, just frustrating. Also our check out was 10am, we didn’t get our check out email until after 12pm when we were already gone. The list of things they want you to do before leaving is excessive and should be included in the cleaning fee. Overall the actual condo was beautiful and such a great space for our family but I would not book a VRBO again that is managed by this company as I have dealt with numerous other management companies that did not have these issues. Again, nothing huge and the trip wasn’t ruined but if you are paying that amount of money, the process could be smoother and not require so much custodial work when checking out.

Great Vacation Rental!!
This was a great place for our whole family. It had everything we needed and was immaculate. We enjoyed lots of time at the pool and loved the screened in enclosure.
