Situated just minutes from the excitement Orlando has to offer, Regal Palms Resort and Spa offers a quiet retreat off the beaten path where you can spread out and enjoy spacious self-catering accommodations paired with full service amenities.

Close to the attractions, you can stop by the Ticket Desk at check-in to help plan your stay. On the days you don’t venture off property for shopping or theme parks you will have plenty to do on site. Discover a host of recreational amenities at our resort including Ascencion Day Spa at Regal Palms Resort, stay active at the fitness gym or volleyball courts, play in our lush tropical swimming pavilion complete with a waterslide, lazy river and a zero-entry pool. The little ones can also enjoy use of the outside playground and indoor arcade. This property is situated in the Regal Palms Community, situated off the 27 Highway and offers easy access to Disney. It is also the perfect base to visit Seaworld, Legoland, Universal and East and West Coast Beaches with Kennedy Space center to the East and Cocoa Beach and Clearwater, Tampa to the West and the Gulf of Mexico

Regal Palms Owner Association charged a Daily RESORT FEE of $20.00 per day plus tax applicable to ALL Townhome reservations. The fee is payable upon arrival.

SELF-CATERING INFORMATION
TOWN HOMES ARE SELF-CATERING. Each home offers a fully equipped kitchen including cookware and dining utensils, plates, bowls, cups and glasses, refrigerator, stovetop/oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and dishwasher. Bath, hand towels, and bed linens are provided. We do not offer any cleaning supplies for the home, but there is a washing machine, dryer, mop, broom, dustpan, iron, and ironing board in each unit. A first supply of toilet paper and a set of garbage bags are also provided. No pets are allowed.

- Some helpful items to bring are as follows:
Paper towels, napkins, additional toilet paper and garbage bags, dishwashing and laundry detergent, washcloths, Coffee and coffee filter, hand and body soap, shampoo/conditioner, toothpaste, toothbrush and mouthwash, and other personal incidentals
- For your grocery needs, there is a Publix Supermarket conveniently
neighboring the resort.

MAID SERVICE
- Daily maid service is not provided. Homes are self-maintained and will be professionally cleaned upon departure.

CHECK-IN / OUT: Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 10:00 a.m.

Early check-in can only be guaranteed by booking the previous evening. Please note that there are no refunds provided for early departures. There is a late check-out fee of up to USD 300.00 if arrangements are not made in advance with the front desk. Late check-out is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
