Town Center Reserve - Superior Disney Villa with Lake View, free WiFI & Netflix

Located close to Walt Disney World, you will find this superb villa with a private pool and lake view in a peaceful gated community within a beautiful conservation area. Only minutes from I-4 this is a perfect place to stay while visiting the many attractions Orlando has to offer. Free good quality Wi-Fi, Netflix and Cable TV are available for your entertainment, together with a games room equipped with an X-Box and table football.
The gates to the Disney parks are just 11 miles away. For beach lovers, the fabulous Gulf or Atlantic coast beaches are an easy 90 minute drive. Golfers have a great selection of courses nearby, including Reunion and Champions Gate Resort which offers two Greg Norman designed golf courses.
Layout: The main entrance of the villa leads directly into the open-plan space. In the lounge there is a large comfortable sofa, perfect for relaxing on after long days out! The dining area has French windows overlooking the pool and lake. Next to the dining area is the fully equipped kitchen with all amenities including washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, cooker, microwave and fridge-freezer.
Both Master suites are at the rear of the villa. The comfortable beds have Queen Size memory foam mattresses, walk-in wardrobes and direct access onto the pool area. The two twin bedrooms are located at the front of the property, with a shared family bathroom. All the bedrooms are all carpeted.
The rear patio has a great pool (with optional heating if required) and a beautiful lake view, with a table and chairs and sun loungers for topping up the tan. The pool allows for sun all morning and early afternoon, only disappearing in the late afternoon, allowing the area to cool nicely for evening dining outside. The pool can be made completely safe with an easy to erect safety net.
Near to the villa are a number of amenities including supermarkets, restaurants, gym, chemist and takeaway food venues.
Disney area attractions: Close to all the Disney parks and the beautifully relaxed and characterful town of Celebration. Other attractions like Sea World and Universal Studios are also an easy drive away. There is also great shopping to be found on International Drive, or at the various malls.
Eating out: There is a great selection of restaurants nearby - Millers Ale House at Champions Gate, Ovation at Deer Creek, or Texas Roadhouse on 192 are three of our favourites!

Lovely place
We absolutely loved this place it is so nice, clean, quiet and a good distance to universal, the host was amazing very attentive and responsive in a very timely manner, we enjoyed the pool and just hanging out with our family after a long day at universal! Great House with a "homie" feel
We highly enjoyed our stay here! It is located in a quiet gated neighborhood which made us feel great about the safety of the area. The house was way bigger inside than I expected when we first pulled up! Our youngest wanted to sleep in the same room as our 13 year old, so we didn't even get to use the 4th bedroom. We loved the 3 separate bathrooms (which with 2 teenagers is a must!). The pool was extra clean and we had alot of fun in this area. The kitchen was well stocked with silverware and glassware and cups. The AC kept the house nice and cool. There were a few minor maintenance issues (handles on closets were a little loose, a few small stains on the master bedroom carpet, etc.) but absolutely nothing that detracted from our stay. It made it truly feel like we were staying in someones home and not their exclusive vacation rental. We visited Disney for one day and Disney Springs another and felt that the drive time to both was great, so overall we felt it was a great location. The hosts were great at communicating early and often, though we didn't have a need to reach out during our stay, I was very happy with the info provided ahead of time, and their very reasonable clean up expectations. A lot of hosts may as well not hire a cleaning crew after your stay with the amount of cleaning they require before you leave, but that's not the case with Ian/Alison! We look forward to staying here again on our next visit to Orlando!

We loved the property. It perfectly suited two families. The two master suites were a pleasant surprise and the pool was used every night to relax. Stores and food nearby. Disney and Universal were a quick drive away. We will be back and recommend to others.

Fantastic
It was a beautiful property in a quiet and gated neighborhood. The pool was an excellent experience and the house came with plenty of amenities to help make the stay more enjoyable. The location was within close proximity to several restaurants and the theme parks. Will be staying here again. Plus there is a lot of development going on in the region which will add plenty more to do as time goes on.

5* property for a fantastic family holiday
We’ve just finished our 2 week stay at this fantastic villa in August 2023. We booked in March 2022 and Ian & Alison have been perfect hosts throughout the whole process. We’ve had clear and helpful communication, making the whole process really smooth. The villa was perfect for our family holiday - spotlessly clean and well positioned to get to the Disney parks (approx. 12 miles/20 mins depending on time of day). 4 big bedrooms, 2 of them en-suite with doors on to the pool. The area is gated and quiet all day and night. We tended to eat out, in the parks or get takeaway, so didn’t use the kitchen facilities much (other than the odd breakfast), but there was everything you’d need to cook if needed. We used the washing machine and dryer a fair bit (I’m the sort of person who likes to keep on top of this, so that I have less to do when I get home!). The pool was clean and we loved to jump in after a long day in the parks! Thank you for making our stay a memorable one, hoping to be back in Florida soon. The Tristram Family

Great hosts and super holiday
Stayed at the villa for three weeks in July 2023 Dealing with Ian and Alison was easy and they were very quick to respond to any query and ensure we had a good stay. We actually booked this villa for 2020 but had to cancel due to the pandemic and the hosts were extremely accommodating which is why we had no hesitation in rebooking with them. The villa is well situated and close to all the Disney locations. It is also close to I4 so easy to travel around the area although the motorway can get busy. We have stayed in this area many times before and it remains a good location for holidays. The villa itself is big enough for a family and has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The air conditioning keeps you cool and the pool is big enough to splash around in! All necessary facilities are there including towels and kitchen equipment. The villa is situated in a gated community with access via an electronic locked gate that gives a good sense of security. Close by are a number of shops, restaurants and supermarkets.

We stayed here for a week as a family of five and it was fantastic. The property is large and spacious. The pool is great with lovely views over the lake and an impressive variety of wildlife visiting it. The neighbourhood is quiet and there is a good variety of restaurants to eat in nearby. Target, Walmart and Publix are all close by too. The hosts are super friendly too and couldn't be more helpful. Even advising me where I could watch the FA Cup Final. Couldn't recommend enough and will hopefully stay again. Thanks guys.

Great Location
This was our first stay in this villa, but we’ve stayed in this area many times. We love the location. Can avoid the I4 and use the 192 a lot of the time to get to Disney etc. The villa was spotless, no problems at all, access codes all worked correctly. Communication with Ian is great. We had no issues but I mentioned the outside light bulb needed a new one and the management team fixed within two days, and it wasn’t even an emergency! All in all the owner Ian is a great owner! Highly recommend.

Great place to stay in Davenport
My husband and I stayed at this property for a little more than 10 weeks in order to get out of the Pennsylvania winter for a while. The house is located in a very safe, gated neighborhood and has many restaurants and shopping nearby, including grocery stores. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool area with the beautiful view of the lake; we spent many hours there in the wonderful Florida sunshine. And I can't say enough of good things about the owners, Ian & Allison, who made our stay so easy, from the booking process and throughout our entire stay; they were extremely helpful. I would recommend staying at this property to anyone planning to visit Davenport and I would certainly stay again myself.

Lovely villa
This is a lovely villa with plenty of room for everyone. The swimming pool having a heater made a huge difference, as the evenings were a bit cold at times and the pool was nice and warm. Location was perfect too as most parks were only 20 minutes away by car. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Amazing stay!
Loved this villa so much! It had everything we needed, was a lovely base for our holiday and Ian was a great host. We were unfortunately there during hurricane Ian and had to stay indoors for a few days, both the owner Ian and the property management kept in contact and made sure we were safe and well. There was a little bit of damage due to the wind and that was fixed quickly. The location was great as we had lots of different options when traffic was bad on some roads, the beds were comfy, big bathrooms and wardrobes were lovely and pool area overlooked a lake which was so nice. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Villa in a Great Location
My family and I stayed in late July/early August 2022 and had a fantastic time. The Villa is perfectly equipped with a nice pool and 4 big bedrooms (2 of which have a en-suite). The choice of TV channels in the Villa is huge and my son was very happy to find out you can access ESPN meaning that he didn’t have to miss the F1 while we were away. My daughter was happy to discover there was a KIDZ BOP channel so that kept her entertained in the evenings. The views out the back of the Villa are lovely overlooking a small lake and you get all sorts of wildlife showing up. The neighbourhood is very quiet and is on a gated estate so you feel secure. Location wise it is perfect for visiting the theme parks which is the main reason we picked this Villa. With the I4 on your doorstep you have easy access to the Disney Parks, Universal and Seaworld. Bush Gardens is also an easy drive away although a little further out but once you are on the I4 it pretty much takes you all the way there. Although the I4 can get busy it is not a toll road which helps if you do a fair bit of mileage on it like we did. Would certainly come back and stay at this Villa again if we decide to return to Florida in the future.

The house was very beautiful. We had an amazing stay. I would definitely stay at this property again. I had to bring up a minor issue to the owners and they handled it right away with out any hassle! Not to pleased with the company running the property but the OWNERS of the property, the Cooks, are great people and will assure you have a great stay in their home!

The house is spacious and clean very homey, a fantastic home to enjoying a vacation.
The only drawback is no spices or condiments for cooking, but other than that everything was terrific and even without the heater for the pool it was so refreshing. A great place to stay.

Perfect Family Getaway
Great location to access all the amusement parks. Very affordable alternative to staying right on the WDW property. The house is perfectly situated to accommodate myself and 5 adult children. Ian & Allison are great hosts. We didn't need anything specific from them during our stay but knew that they would respond quickly if we needed them or their property management. We would certainly consider staying here again.
