You get what you pay for

we stayed just for one day and the staff were extremely friendly. You do get what you pay for. They're were several broken things such as window panel, cabinet, etc but not too bad. Even though nothing bad happen the foreclosure hotel next door creep me out little and I found myself a little paranoid. But the stay was good l

Family Stay

I read the reviews and began to get scared when we were headed to the hotel. It is on a dead end and there is a building that needs to be torn down next to it but honestly it really isn't something that deterred us from staying. It was large and great for what we needed since we were not there except before and after Disney. The suite was clean and the only thing that was unbearable was the beds. It was literally a pad on springs. Overall for ten price we were content and would probably stay again with the knowledge bring some extra blankets.

The place is under major renovations and looked closed down when we arrived. They don't provide housekeeping daily did not know that prior to arrival. The room had ants which got all over our clothes

The hotel is very isolated, almost looks like in ruins. It does not have a main lobby, their using one of the rooms as the lobby. Pretty bad but can't complain for the price you pay

Dishes dirty. Broken door lock. Have the building seems condemned (gated and gutted), stains on comforter and wall. Bathroom tub dripped constantly. No shower curtain. I placed chairs (3) to bar the door just in case

Don't judge a book by it's cover

I was very worried as I pulled into the location. The Hotel closer to the road is undergoing major renovation, so I was concerned the hotel did not exist. When we found the entrance the exterior had me filled with a lot of concern. I am a young pregnant mother traveling with my 3 year old son, and I was concerned for safety, security and noise levels. All my fears disappeared the moment we entered the room. I couldn't believe how much space there was! A full kitchen, living area, central a/c, clean bathroom, and large bedroom. Everything was clean and welcoming. Not at all what I expected from the exterior. My son and I had a great overnight stay.

Lipstick on a PIG!

Obviously the reviews suck!! We have been Disney passholders for 19 years. Ive stayed almost everywhere from 5star hotels to motel 6, but usually expect what you see & pay for. This place put "lipstick on a pig" it could have potential but, the outside building looks like a setting for an inner city crack building. Ive never felt beds that hard & springy. No blankets. Mismatched sheets & pillow cases. Door Handle broke. Tub didnt drain, so I Waded in my shower. Faucet was puttied together. Ripped up dollar store curtain. Doors in kitchen & closet hanging of hinges. And my favorite were the real key, so anyone can make copies & get in. Duct tape over batteries for my remote that never worked, I watched same channel for 2 days. Hairs & old bar soap still in shower & soap holder. Management sent up some toothless man who looked down right homeless to give me batteries for a remote that still didnt work. And when I complained next morning along with others, we were told "manager wasnt there & he never comes in", and slopped down the owners name and said he lives in UK, so good luck. He refused to apologize for the room, because he didnt like my "tone" he was the most arrogent, uncaring, and couldnt be bothered employee Ive ever seen. 11/8/15 10am Hotels.com refunded me thankfully & I hope they remove this motel. Its a true disgrace and defiantly mirepresented for the price. Ive seen20dollar a night rooms off 192 that are better!!

Absolutely horrible. Everything was broken, nothing was clean. Dirt and dust everywhere. You can feel every single spring in the beds...& when I say I woke up with back and shoulder pain, boyyyy I mean that. Wouldn't recommend it if you're expecting anything "enjoyable". Inside is nice-ish, other than that, I'll pass.

Fine. Check - in smooth. No one at night to request late-check out. Housekeeping opened door in the morning (luckily we had put chain on). Didnt even see the pool as there were no signs to it. Glad to have a fully functional kitchen. W cups and silverware. No frills decor. Clean bathroom if looking a bit old. Really hard bed but king sized sleigh bed. No channels except Disney came through clearly. Not a big deal since we were there for a conference. Tiny patio in the back however did not step foot outside.

Worst hotel EVERRRRRRRRRR

It was horrible, it was so bad I had to find another hotel immediately!!! My wife hated the Toscana suites it was nothing like the pictures online!!!! Very sketchy, you don't even feel safe when you arrive there. The hotel needs to be closed down and gone out of business. Thanks

Not what you think it is.

One word, Horrible! Out side looks like a run down motel. The beds are hard as a rock may as well be wood planks covered in sheets. Furniture was basically the same. Coffee table was about to fall apart. The room key was an actual key so who knows who else's has a copy. The door handle fell off while pulling the bedroom door shut. Half the lights/lamp didn't work and the top blanket had holes in the sides. The faucet for the shower needed extreme force to turn on otherwise the faucet just spins. The kitchen counter had a sticky visible residue all over it. There's a shabby, overgrown construction site before the hotel and is very suspicious looking. The list could go on and on, if we were staying more than one night we would have left immediately refund or no. We complained to the manager and expressed our concern especially about the bed and his response was yeah we know, and? Poor poor poor customer service and experience. Will NOT recomend this MOTEL to any one nor will we be back EVER.

Liked the location of the hotel. Close to the freeway & shopping. Price I paid was reasonable. wish the maintenance staff did a better job before the room was available to customers. The TV did not have any channels to watch. Kitchen & bathroom cabinet doors were falling of the cabinets. The room could use a coat of fresh paint, there was old stains in the bedroom. The queen beds were old & I felt the springs pushing up. Definitly needs new mattress. If they fix the problems that I have mentioned I will go back again.

While I wasn't expecting much to begin with, that's what I got. Driving up the place has old condemned buildings and then you start to wonder if your reservation was bogus or not. As you drive toward the dead end, you then see where you are staying. The outside is falling apart, dingy, and abused. Once I checked in, got to my room, the door clearly looked like someone had tried to pry it open a FEW times. Kinda sketchy. Once I opened the door, there was a horrific smell. I can't even describe it. Unfortunately after lugging my 50lb. suitcase and a few other things up the stairs, I decided to deal with it. Plus, I wanted to get to the Disney parks ASAP. One thing I can definitely say, the rooms inside appeared very luxurious and definitely out of place. The bed was hard as a rock, actually, maybe harder if that's possible. I had left all my belongings in the room around 1pm, and retuned around 1am. I went to open the sliding glass door in the bedroom and it had been unlocked the whole time! That scared me a bit. The shower didn't drain well at all, I was almost taking a bath by the time I was done. Lastly, check out was 11am, I was given a call shortly after 10am to be reminded. As if they needed to rent the room out to someone else. HAHAHAHAHA.

Absolutely loved our stay here

It went above our expectations after reading some of the other reviews... The hotel was very nice and comfortable and will definitely stay here again and again! We are not quite sure where the other reviews came from but this place was great!

Meus Deus ! Vocês querem saber mesmo ! ? Horrível ! Não indico ! Parecia que não tinha ninguém ! Hotel fantasma ! Até que dentro não era tão ruim , os atendentes eram muito educados e prestativos ! Limpeza nas áreas comuns do hotel não existia , quando chegamos tinham vários bichos parecendo centopeia , que nojo. Se alguém matava os bichos e, eles ficavam lá por dias ! Graças à Deus ficamos só 7 dias .

Don't go near there!

We walked into a dark room with dirty linens and bed made. Dishwasher completely filled with dirty dishes and no detergent. The gentlemen available kept saying it wasn't his job to check us in or run errands and we needed to find someone else. There was no one else. Eventually another man came to the front desk and it took over an hour for him to try and get us clean linens and detergent. I guess we were meant to clean? We wanted to leave- and would have to forfeit the nights fee. No way we could stay there. Expedia really should refund all $ not just the second night.

The description of the accommodations did not match the actual facilities. There was a lot of construction. The sign was just temporary and torn. There was a bug in the room. The beds were horribly uncomfortable. The pictures on the internet were deceiving.

Moved here by hotels.com,were told there is a spa tub, none here. Faucets in tub were broken in 3 out of four rooms we tried. Could not turn on water to shower, etc. Luke warm water. Jets on therapy tub not working- gave up. 5 trips total to office, including one for blankets, not included in room. Trash still in chest drawers, kitchen, and bedstands! We woke up to a huge pool of water on kitchen floor, slippery!! - no one to complain to next morning, as office was not open at 8;30 am when we checked out.

Close to theme parks b ut that's about it

We had never stayed in a hotel more in need of repairs and upkeep. Burned out light bulbs, broken hinges on the toilet seat, non-working TV remote, knobs missing from door and drawers on furniture, dirty entry door, walls in need of paint, window which had screen bent and window did not close tight enough to lock. Just plain awful. Would like to have checked in and just checked out!
