The suite is completely private, with its own driveway, parking space, and entrance. There is a queen sized bed, large closet with ample shelving and a full bathroom with walk-in shower. The apartment has a beautiful kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, cooktop, toaster oven, pots and pans, Keurig coffee maker, and a full set of dishes and cooking utensils. It also boasts a huge 58-inch flat screen Roku TV for you to enjoy! This suite is cleaned and sterilized between each guest with your safety in mind.
The apartment is located near the Route 50/Colonial and Goldenrod intersection on the east side of Orlando, which is only 20-30 minutes from Orlando's theme parks and attractions such as Universal, SeaWorld and Disney. The neighborhood is mostly families, and very quiet. There is also bus stop just one block away, and several fast food restaurants, such as McDonald's, Burger King, Wendy's, Checkers and Dunkin' Donuts.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment and will have the space entirely to themselves. There are no shared spaces, and the apartment is completely separate and private.

The home is located near the Colonial and Goldenrod intersection on the east side of Orlando. The neighborhood is mostly families, with some older homes as well as brand new construction. There are multiple restaurants nearby as well as gas stations, pharmacy and grocery stores.
There is a bus stop less than 1/2 mile away, right next to the Checkers restaurant. The location is very accessible to ride-share services, with pickups typically in less than five minutes.
