The Shire is a gated community surrounded by conservation in Davenport near Champions Gate. Our home here is a delightful 5-bedroom 4 bathroom detached villa with Private Pool and Spa.
As evident in the photos, the residence is adorned with timeless elegance, providing a cozy and classic home from home.
There are 2 lounges, the first is situated at the front of the home and offers a great entertaining area with comfortable seating and a formal dining room table and chairs. Additionally, there's a desk, ideal for catching up on work or uploading vacation photos.
The Family Room is located at the back of the house and seamlessly integrates with the kitchen in an open-plan layout. It features a flat screen TV and ample cozy seating, providing an ideal space for your family to unwind and enjoy a movie together.
The Kitchen comes fully equipped and features a more casual dining area with a table and chairs, along with an island accompanied by bar stools. It's an ideal spot for guests to relax while you prepare meals or enjoy breakfast while planning the day ahead. Moreover, the dining area offers a delightful view of the pool, enhancing the dining experience.
The Games Room is situated in the front garage of the house, equipped with a pool table, air hockey table, and basketball game. Additionally, there's a high table with bar stools. The great place to umpire family games night or to play a board or card game.

Bedroom 1 (downstairs) is a King Suite with a flat screen TV and ceiling fan. It has dual access from the Family Room and also the front hallway. There is also a shared access bathroom (with the Family Room) that has a shower and single vanity.
Bedroom 2 (upstairs) is a stunning King Suite and is located at the rear of the home. It boasts a flat screen tv and ceiling fan, with a generous ensuite consisting of a large walk in shower, separate bath and double vanity unit. The wardrobe for this room consists of a hanging rail only in the bedroom. There is also access to the large, shared balcony (with bedroom 3) providing a delightful retreat. The screened balcony, equipped with ceiling fans, offers comfort and relaxation, complete with a coffee table, chairs, and sun loungers. With its picturesque poolside view, it's truly a hidden gem.
Bedroom 3 (upstairs)is a beautiful King Suite with a crisp white décor and is located at the rear of the home with a ceiling fan and flat screen TV. It boasts ensuite facilities comprising of a shower and single vanity and has access to the impressive, shared balcony with bedroom 2.
Bedroom 4 (upstairs) is a queen room with a flat screen TV and a ceiling fan. It also has use of the bathroom next door (shared hall bathroom) consisting of a bath with overhead shower and single vanity.

The outside of the home boasts a covered lanai with plenty of outside dining space and a pool and spa with sun loungers. It’s a delightful place to enjoy the conservation view from the pool deck whilst the children play in the pool.

The resort facilities are run by a third party.
Availability of all resort facilities is not guaranteed as part of the rental contract.
You will be required to provide your own equipment for use of the sports facilities.
Policies:
- We require your full guest list 36hrs prior to check in to avoid late or no check in.
- Swim at your Own Risk
- No smoking
- No pets allowed
- No events, parties or gatherings that disturb neighbours at any time.
- Disturbances which require security or law enforcement intervention carry a fine of $500 or more.
- Must be at least 28 years old to book (in compliance with Orlando Codes of Ordinances – Chapter 57)
- Photo ID required before check-in
- Stays 4 nights and under require an additional damage deposit
- Full list of guests required before check-in
- Pool Heat is an additional cost and should be requested if required
- Pool Heat is required to heat the spa
- Vacation rental communities do NOT allow parking on the road. Parking is available on the driveway only, if your home does not have a driveway it will have a single allocated parking spot.
- Commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, trailers, self-propelled motor homes and boats are only allowed to enter temporarily for loading and unloading.
- Motorcycles and Golf carts are not allowed unless they are street legal and registered like other motor vehicles.
They must be parked in the garage (they are not allowed if you home has the garage converted to a games room).
- Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing
- Electric Cars: It is prohibited to charge vehicles at the home. Failure to adhere to this will result in a $500 fine per charge plus electricity costs.
- Must leave proprty in the same state of cleanliness and general order as found.
