Really cute place directly across from Eola Lake and park. So convenient and close to many restaurants. The area felt very safe. Glad the Christmas lights were up for my 3 year old granddaughter.

Older remodeled hotel. Very nice place. Great location on Lake Eola. Great for walking around downtown and lake front. Restaurants and bars very close. Really good place.

Nothing like the pictures. Old place that looks like an asylum. Dirty, impossible to sit in the balcony, so dirty. Cockroaches in the room, and very tiny room. We only stayed one night, thanks god. The ac noise was killing us. Overall: not recommended, there are so many other options for same price in Orlando downtown area.

Nice, quirky boutique hotel. It’s an old building, so feels a bit aged but quaint. Very nice deck on the second floor. The room was spacious and had its own walkout balcony. The bed and pillows could have been more comfortable, but the room was clean and functional. The staff were very nice and chatty.

Such a nice hotel, pretty balcony, comfy bed, everything is clean. The staff is very friendly. That lake is so beautiful, I went feeding the birds. The area is extremely walkable & cute, the food places around are really tasty ❤️ I also loved the coffee very much
