I have no complain! The hotel is in remodel and rooms still need to be changed, but they are clean and convenient. Staff are really super nice and helpful! Breakfast area was clean, assorted, and nice lady making sure everything was clean and full of items. From the front desk to service ladies I felt welcomed. Thanks Yamileth for your help! Definitely I would stayed again! šŸ¤—

WARMING BEFORE YOU STAY.Room are good but this hotel is currently under construction, the walls and elevator are dirty, the lobby is the only place that looks nice. To make matters worst it seems itā€™s also a shelter homeless people walking in and out the hotel. Side doors were unlocked all week the fixed and lock on the weekends . I had someone in the elevator with me that press the 4th floor then I pressed the 3 and the got off with me the next day a homeless looking men walking back and forth in the hallway, I told front desk and maintenance guy and they both were very dismissive with my concerns.. Go early (7am)to have breakfast they donā€™t refill unless you ask staff to bring u a piece of bread of yogurt, on top of that they roll their eyes. Knowing breakfast ends at 9:30 and by 8:30 everything is gone and staff is just standing around looking at guest . NO CAMERAS ON PROPERTY EITHER.. will I return NO.

This property is still under renovations, with much work to be completed. Our room #344 was updated as well as the check in area and breakfast room. The hallways are Inn desperate need of repair and smell like mold. The ac near elevator filled with dust and mold spores on outside. The exterior side door is broken and held open by a rock- even at night! Safety?? The breakfast room is filled with boxes on 1 side with materials for renovations. There were sugar ants on the breakfast bar, tables were dirty- dusty, garbage cans needed to be cleaned of months of old spilled food. Our room #344 was overwhelming with the smell of fabuloso cleaning solution. There was blood on the curtains in living room area. Older refrigerator, no pans for cooking. Beds were sinking in like a taco- back and neck were a mess after 1 night. The final straw was our arrival home to discover bed bug bites all over my husband who slept on the pull out couch while it was closed as a couch. I wish I listened to the negative reviews due to the positive reviews - stay away until renovations completed.. probably February 2025 at earliest!!

We were not aware that the property was under renovations, which was fine too. Not having access to a microwave to heat up meals was very inconvenient. We didn't mind that there was not one in our suite but there was none available to utilize at all in the whole hotel. The ice machine was also not in order and ice was not able to be provided.

cheap option , we were 5 people, 3 adults and 2 kids . 1 bedroom 2 good beds 1 kitchen sofa Bed ( a very good one ) kitchen is OK AT this Time , OCT2024 , the Hotel is going to some renewing , no problema at all with that . Staff very friendly I needed to stay and they helped a lot.

We had a two bedroom suite and booked for 7 people, one of whom did not come. We were evacuating for Hurricane Milton and had a friend join us at the last minute. When i told the lady at the front desk she said, well we wonā€™t give you any extra towels. So rude. I also had a baby and asked for a pack n play and they brought me a broken one. I was told they would bring me another one the following day but noone ever came. There was a small kitchenette (two burners, a sink, toaster and a dishwasher). No oven or microwave. When i asked for dishwashing soap and paper towels i was told they were phasing those out and didnā€™t have any. The breakfast was fairly good. The last night of our stay there was an ac leak and the whole carpet along the outside wall was sopping wet.

I really enjoyed the place. The staff was nice and helpful. The only issue is the $100 deposit asked for a check in. It should be listed on Expedia so that it isnā€™t a surprise at check in.

Going thru Reno,which did not affect our stay. Breakfast was good, maybe could use a few diff options to spice it up. Customer service was excellent! Quiet, clean, and comfortable. No microwave in the room, no place to put shower toiletries. Would be nice if it was incorporated with the new design.

The first room we had there was black mold in bathroom and was infested with roaches in living room, kitchen & bathroom. Kitchen had no pots to cook anything, overall room smelled as well. Wasnā€™t offered any discount or reward points for inconvenience just switch of room. FYI hotel is being renovated construction everywhere which isnā€™t listed on web page
