The first room we were put in had no place for 3 weeks worth of clothes. They moved us to a second room that had many issues. A rack to hang stuff but no hangers, safe that did not work, no hooks for towells or clothes, shower falling off wall, holes in floor, constant hot water running. The property was changing ownership after bring there 10 days. It was terrible. I will find it hard to trust Expedia again.

The good part was anything you asked of the staff, they were very helpful. The poor part was TV didn’t work properly had to ask for towels and had to take our own garbage out. Even for the price you shouldn’t have to do that stuff yourself.

It was a cool relaxing spot to rest and chill. Great location. Great Staff. Only thing that wasn’t too good was the Wi-Fi due to the Direct TV being unavailable. I’d come back for a quick stay but definitely need to have the Direct TV fixed by then.

Really good option in the Disneyworld Area
Good option in the Disneyworld / West Kissimmee Area, hotel recently renovated, spacious rooms, good service, includes continental breakfast. Staff is nice and helpful, plenty of food options around, for both restaurants and buying groceries.

The Unique part of it was that even though its very close to the highway, it wasn't even that loud and I greatly enjoyed the quiet experience from it. I can't think of any bad experiences I had, recommended

I knew the price meant the quality was terrible. Just wish they would exterminate the bed bugs. came back with a lot of bed bug bites. however, this place wasn't terrible. fantastic location. staff was friendly and cooperative when i needed a room change.

I love that it was all one floor and you could park right outside your room. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because it is a little older, but for the price it was worth it. And the staff were soooooooo nice!!!
