Beautiful Victorian style/white picket fence home.
My husband and I rented this darling house while out of town for work. We couldn't have been more pleased with the comfort and cleanliness of the home. It wasn't as bare as some rentals can be, there were just enough additions to make you feel as if you were staying with a friend, and we would definitely rent it again if it's available the next time work brings us to town.

Between Jacksonville & Tampa, it was a great meeting place for family. Our day was convenient spent at the Spring with a warm home cooked meal in the evening, we enjoyed playing games in the screened room afterward.

Relaxing Stay at a Beautiful Home
This is a very comfortable property to stay at with family and friends. It had everything that you could ever want or need when being away from home. It was clean, organized, and well appointed. The host was proessional, very easy to get along with, and was always quick to respond to any of our inquiries regarding the property and surrounding area. This is the property to stay at when you are in Altamonte Springs or Maitland, Florida.

What an enjoyable property, my father with his walker had no problem with everything being on one floor. Had questions for the owner he was very responsive. Very convenient location for my daughter's sports competition would definitely rent it again next year!

Beautiful home, great place to stay!
I absolutely loved this house! It’s beautiful and has tons of space. I couldn’t find a welcome book or Wi-Fi info, but the owners were great about answering questions in a timely manor. If you have little ones, be sure to bring baby locks for the doors (we had a 2 and a 3 your old who managed to unlock the door and get outside).

We were visiting close family in Altamonte Springs, right around the corner on Lake Marion Drive. This was the perfect house for our stay. Super clean, well set up, and the owner was very responsive to any messages. Highly recommend!

Comfy home, close to everything!
We loved staying at this beautiful home over the Christmas holidays. We were looking for a quiet, spacious place to serve as a home base for our week-long holiday, and this house was perfect. The house has plenty of room for family, with a very comfy family room, two guest rooms and a huge master suite. The kitchen is well-appointed and has both a breakfast table and a large round dining table. Perfect for a couple or a family. The location is fantastic - tucked away off I-4 between 436 and 434, just about a mile from the Altamonte Springs Mall and Cranes Roost park. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby, and really easy to venture farther afield. The hosts are wonderfully helpful and friendly people. They were quick to answer any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.
