I’d like to start with the front desk experience. There was a staff member, Ashley or Morgan, who wore a face mask and had quite an attitude. She spoke extremely fast and provided no details whatsoever about the amenities—definitely not the level of service one would expect from a Marriott-managed hotel.
Moving on to breakfast, it was simple but convenient, with a selection of eggs, water, juices, bread, sausages, potatoes, and coffee. Overall, it was decent.
As for the room, I stayed in 1208. It was very clean and well-maintained, but a few things were not functioning properly. The bathroom door lock didn’t work correctly, which was frustrating. Speaking of the bathroom setup—it was quite odd. I was traveling with four other people, and the photos never indicated that the toilet was in a separate, enclosed space outside the main bathroom area. This layout felt unusual, especially for a hotel in the U.S. Additionally, the bathroom mirror was broken, though aside from that, the space was clean and well-kept.
On a positive note, housekeeping was excellent. Since we spent our days visiting the parks, our room would get messy, but the housekeeper did an amazing job tidying up, making the beds, and ensuring everything was spotless.
One downside worth mentioning is the parking fee—$20 plus tax—which I was aware of before my stay but still found unreasonable.
Overall, I would not recommend this hotel, primarily due to the poor front desk service. There are far better options...
