Upon arrival we had to wait about a half hour as there was no desk agent on duty. When they arrived, he was very nice. The main elevator is super shaky and literally drops about a foot when it gets to your floor. Talk about having a heart attack!!! They never told us there was another one! Breakfast was great!!

Front desk personnel was quite rude all the time. Bagel bar was not really a thing… they were out of bagels most of the time. They had cereal but didn’t have milk. Hot water but no tea bags…

2nd time visiting Florida and my hotel room has roaches in the room. When we checked out the roaches were coming out more. Wouldn’t recommend. Staff is loud as hell in the morning for no reason.

Worst breakfast options ever- completely inaccurate from website description. I stay at hiltons for their breakfast. I ended up buying breakfast every morning. Defeated the whole purpose, very upset!
