Enjoy your vacation in the privacy of this completely and professionally furnished four bedroom, three and one-half bath, air conditioned home with screened and heated pool. The oversized villa is in a quiet and secure neighbourhood.

This faboulos villa is located only 15 minutes (via new 429) from Walt Disney World. Near all other attractions!

Lovely and professionally maintained villa on a big lot and on a beautiful lake and wooded conservation area beyond. Large house (2300 square feet) has two master bedrooms, both with king-size beds and jacuzzi. The third bedroom is special for kids and has a bunk bed for kids pleasure. Perfect for two couples with their children. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds. Beds include two king-size, one full-size, three twins, and one sleeper sofa.

The home has a living room, family room, a formal dining area, and a breakfast nook. The family room has a 65-inch TV, a Dolby-Digital System and a Bluray-player. Extended Cable-TV is also provided. The villa has also a highspeed broadband internet-connection with a Wifi provided.

Big 9-foot by 40-foot, covered lanai with extended pool-deck including a barbecue grill. The fourteen-foot by 30-foot pool with spa overlooks the lake. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary housewares and appliances included a bis washer and dryer.

The house is in the 'Clear Creek' subdivision on US 27/US 192. A Walmart and two Publix-Supermarkets are nearby.

This is also the perfect location to day's exursions to the Kennedy Space Center (60 Minutes), the beautiful Gulf beaches (70 Minutes) or Atlantic beaches (60 Minutes).

Great family vacation

House was clean and in a pretty good area close to stores and places to eat. I would have rated it a full 5 if the internet had been better and there was more comfortable seating in the room with the tv. We only had 6 of us and we couldn’t all sit in that room without someone having to sit in a kitchen chair. All of the tvs work off of the internet which was a little troublesome also. Especially when you start connecting your personal devices. All in all though we enjoyed our stay here.

I love this place from location to the house everything my in laws loved it for their first visit to Florida this was a special trip due to our son going in for a heart transplant but we will definitely be back soon as he is all done with his procedure this is my #1 vacation house. Great place to stay
The location is great for travel to the main theme parks, but far enough away to be out of the hustle and bustle. The villa itself is fantastic. Great facilities, beautiful scenery, diverse wildlife. We arrived around 21:30 and after quickly unpacking both clothes and food the kids were straight in the pool and enjoying the jacuzzi and so did we! All the comforts of home and then some. Highly recommend and would certainly stay here again if we ever venture this way in the future.

We had such a great stay! We had 4 adults and 2 children staying and had plenty of room. The pool was awesome to relax in after busy days at the parks. It was a great location to both Universal Studios and Disney. We have nothing negative to say about the stay and would definitely book again in the future.

Great property!
We stayed from Xmas to New Year's eve. The property was in line with the description. We had a furnace problem on day 2, but it was resolved immediately. The place was very inviting and many updates throughout. About 25 minutes from Disney parks. The pool and hottub were great, and the appliances were in good shape. The view was awesome. Turkeys and wildlife passed by daily. I'd definitely stay again. Great job on the upkeep.

The house was prettier in person than online. Very clean. Had an issue with the air and they sent someone ASAP. I would highly recommend staying at this house if you are planning on a vacation near Disney.

The pool area needs some maintenance like replacing all the screens as one is falling out, one has allot of holes, others are not fastened in place

Fantastic home!
This is a perfect home to enjoy the Florida sun with the convenience of being near the amusement parks! We traveled with our dogs who loved the lake outside and enjoyed watching the cranes fly around, ducks, and birds. This home offers something for everyone in the family with plenty of space with the 2 master bedrooms and fun Disney kids rooms. We spent most of our time outside enjoying the spectacular pool area! I am already planning our next visit and have found a new home away from home!! Thank you to Thomas and family for opening your home for others to enjoy!

Great vacation
Overall wonderful stay. Clean comfy beds, loved the pillows. Clean house. Great lay out. Pool was awesome. Watching wildlife, including gators early in the morning was an awesome experience. That being said, neighborhood could use more lighting to see at night. A little unnerving getting back after a day of fun and not being able to see if any of the said wildlife was in the front yard. But again, would not trade the vacation. The house was great.

Bad first appearance
The stay was pleasant. The grandchildren enjoyed the pool. Everything was in working order. The issues are a bad first impression and some need for maintenance and some janitorial help. If i am able i will send photos. I took a picture of the broom we could use to sweep up a little. Send someone to the dollar store and get a real broom. Many of the blinds had missing slats, again a bad impression. Overall a need for a good cleaning. You need to get rid of the mold in some of the bathrooms. The yard was well maintained as well as the pool.

Great neighborhood, except for the next door neighbor who played latin music till 11 on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights. Speakers were outside in their pool area and music was loud enough to be heard inside our rental - made for very uncomfortable time in the pool/hot tub in the evening. Good communication with mgmt re pest control in upstairs bathrooms (found one live, one dead roach (expected in Florida) and some bugs we were not sure about but pest control came the next day). Cleaning crew needs to dust under the beds/couches to remove dust, trash, and dead bugs. Would suggest at least a couple more garbage bags, dishwashing tabs, maybe even a sponge, dish soap, and some hand soap at the kitchen sink.

Needs some TLC
We recently rented this property for two weeks and our favourite part was the large lanai and the view over the nature area. Saw the alligator daily along with a family of cranes, a fox and even had a Black Southern Racer (non venomous snake) in the pool. Now for the not so good part of our experience. Both mattresses in the Master bedrooms are worn out. We had to go to the local Walmart and purchase Mattress foam to lay on top of the beds to try and get a half decent nights sleep. This worked to a point but not the solution. New mattresses are desperately needed. The seal on the refrigerator door is worn out and falling off, so it takes a while to get things cooled off when first put into the refrigerator. The ice maker didn't work very well. This appliance needs to be replaced. While we did enjoy our stay at the house if you have a bad back then these are not the beds for you. It was nice to BBQ each night and relax poolside. We would rent this house again if the beds were more comfortable.

The Niagara
Bad bad. We got to the house they where fixing the A/C. The A/C turned on and there was a leak more like a river falling from the first floor roof in the first floor bedroom. No one could sleep in the bedroom because of the noise from the leak. We had towels and garbage cans to hold the water Then another leak in the second floor. Water and humidity everywhere. The house smelled like humidity and mold for two days. This house is not ready to be rented. The owner apologized for the situation but when I asked for a refund he said that we used the rest of the house.....half my family had to sleep in the sofa and my sister had to leave early because of the situation but we used the rest of the house, WOW what a way to see things, bad business practice. This is the first time we go out in 3 months because of the pandemic as a family and it was a horrible experience. The people who managed the property didn't answer the phone. Never coming back or recommend.

Never again.
Overall we had to give negative rating. Mostly for the poor cleaning insect problem and cable didn't work at all upstairs. Couldn't get in contact with property manager about flying ants, sugar ants, and cockroach problem. The house is nice and setup nice but whoever cleans it is doing horrible job. Dog hairs all over the carpet all over the couch, table was sticky, all the board games were missing pieces, alarm kept beeping all times of the night, got no sleep. Pool smelled like mold, had to buy own bug spray to keep bugs at bay. Sprayed outside one night and in the morning millions of dead flying ants or termites whichever one. They were also all in the kitchen literally had to hide all food in the refrigerator until we could spray ourselves. Smh. Isnt that your job? Couldn't enjoy entertainment room because the bugs were there too. Plus dog hair all over the couch too scared something was going to crawl on us. Just bad. Toilets looked like someone literally took a rag and wiped them off to appear clean but really didn't clean at all. So cleaning was the issue. Bugs were definitely an issue. We made the best of our anniversary but we wouldn't recommend unless you just don't care. NEVER DOING THIS AGAIN! We should be refunded because all the work we actually had to do. Smh. Like pulling teeth to talk with anyone glad its over.

Walking in you are welcomed to a well kept clean and decorated home with simple amenities. Check-in was easy and the directions were flawless. House is pleasantly spacious with plenty of rooms for privacy. The owner is resides in Europe and aside from the delay with the time zone, responses to questions were prompt . The kitchen was well equipped for basic food prep, only thing missing was a rolling pin. The coffee pot had previously been broken, it looked in good order but the broken spout wouldn't pour well...I brought it to the owners attention, I'm sure that has been passed on so it will be remedied quickly. It would have been easily overlooked. The description of the home said it was conveniently located and just minutes away from the park...I booked without knowing the area, I don't think the distance would dissuade me from using the home in the future, but knowing what to expect is helpful...with the distance form the home to the parks it took us between 20-40 minutes to get to and from the parks. Again, not a deal breaker, but I wouldn't describe it as minutes from the park or conveniently located for parks. There have been a few critical comments in these posts related to the mattress in the downstairs master. I have to say, it may have been the busyness of the trip, but we slept VERY WELL on that mattress, and regrettably forgot to look at the label so we could learn what type of mattress that is. It is firm...but it's exactly what we need for good sleep. The cleaners have overlooked jetted tub jets in the downstairs master bath. We wanted to get out the cleaning supplies and clean them, but there weren't cleaning supplies handy. The cleaners may need to be replaced. My only really possible deal breaker for this home is the set up with the pool heater. I understand wanting to keep the price reasonable and respectively minimizing utilities...but with paying for heating each day we had envisioned getting back from the park and enjoying a soak in the pool and hot tub. The 40 minute timers prevent the pool from being warm or the hot tub hot unless you're closely monitoring it, and several hours are needed to get to a proper temp. I wouldn't count on the pool or hot tub unless you're going to be babysitting the heater timer switch and are thinking ahead a several hours. Overall a good experience. Others in the area are similarly priced, we will inquire with those first if the heater and game rooms are what they claim, and this is same.
