Overall, the condo itself was nice. Plenty of space and pictures are accurate. However, the condo association as a whole needs MAJOR improvements! LOOONNNGGGG lines to get into the complex at all hours of the day. To the point it causes major traffic issues on the street.Upon arrival we were told by the security we were not on the guest list and that we would be trespassing regardless of the communication I had through VRBO. Once we got through the initial check in process and had things resolved we were finally able to enjoy our stay. Areas this unit could improve on: Zero water pressure in the master bathroom making it essential not usable, limited utensils in the kitchen (not even a cutting board), the pool are is unkept, and the beds were not very comfortbale.We loved having our own little pool, highly recommend paying extra to have it heated. There's plenty of room for everyone! The extra bathrooms were defintely a bonus. The condo ammenities were also very nice. The kids played multiple rounds of mini golf. The pool was crowded but not too bad, the lazy river could be monitored better or have additional tubes but that's minor!Overall, the condo is a great option but the condo association needs significant help! Unfortunately, that part is out of the host's control which is a bummer because it did play a major factor in our rating.
