Nice and quiet place, bed was very comfortable and has everything you need on your stay. The only drawback right now is the construction has the GPS a little messed up and it tries to route you to a parking garage that isnā€™t connected to the hotel, but not their fault. 10/10

It was a very nice area and super close to universal studios which was where we were vacationing. I think this is a fantastic price for how close you were to the theme parks and local restaurants without having to pay for the resort hotels. Overall very happy!

Carpet looked like a murder took place. Permanent stains and cut out patches Toilet was leaking in the bathroom. Shower head leaked constantly. These places were decent for the value 10 years ago. Now very run down and disappointing. The surrounding area is all construction

Loved my stay , stayed here for one week love the self service with the Sonder app just walk right in and get greeted every time from staff in the front ! , rooms were very clean and nice and had everything you needed extra towels extra paper towels cups plates anything you need , as well all amenities hot tub and pool and gym very nice ! Everything is so close fast foods universal Disney no need to pay extra for those universal hotels this one is literally right next to it amazing views from the rooms ! Ubers $5-$10 not expensive at all everything is close by 5-15 mins from Disney springs , city walk , icon park , giant McDonaldā€™s , chilis , Applebees all near by would likely recommend to stay here !

Affordable and clean. Would definitely stay here for an extended stay if needed but it did the trick for the 2 days we were there. Right down the street from Universal and Disney is an $18 Uber away.

The air conditioning unit in the property was uncomfortably loud and woke me every time it would turn on throughout the night. The elevators were agonizingly slow, to a point where I almost missed an Uber ride due to the long time it took me to get from the 12th floor to the ground level. Also, on the second day of my stay 1 of the 2 elevators broke down and was not in use.

We overall enjoyed our stay at this property. We would definitely stay here again. Check in was easy without any issue. Front desk always greeted us when we came in. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Location is perfect. There is construction going on next door but we were never disturbed by that. However, you can definitely hear your neighbors going in and out. The walls are very thin and the doors close loudly behind you. Our only recommendation is for the property to add a vending machine. There is no vending options at all. We had to leave the property to go purchase drinks. We did ask the front desk to be sure and they confirmed no vending on site. Thank you Sonder for a great stay and we look forward to booking again in the future.

I loved that there was a pool and hot tub included. The room was very clean and spacious. A feature we loved about this hotel was that they gave you an extra set of linens to change the bed if you wanted too and plenty of towels and a throw blanket for the sofa bed. Highly recommend Sonder at the point.

Another Win for Sonder
Sonder has always been good to us, the rooms are spacious and the full kitchen saves us so much money cooking ourselves over eating out every night, even had a nice view of the city from the balcony and the wife enjoyed the large bathtub. Looking forward to my next stay at any of their locations!
