ADDITIONAL DETAILS The property is accessible via an electronic keyless entry system, so there is no need to worry about collecting keys before/upon arrival. We ensure all our guests have all the necessary information on how to access the property prior to your departure. HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. POOL HEATER: Please note if the outside temp. is below 55 degrees the pool heater may not heat the pool to the desired temperature, we have no control of the weather in Florida therefore if the temp. falls below 55 degrees no refunds can be given. Pool heat is $35 a day & grill is $10 a day must be purchased for entire stay. STARTER SUPPLIES: The following starter supplies are provided in the unit: 2 trash bags, 1 small dish detergent, 2 dishwashing capsules, 1 paper towel. Each bathroom will have: 1 small bar soap, 1 toilet roll. No other supplies will be provided. Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay. FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will be provided prior to check in. TRASH PICKUP: There is valet service for Garbage Collection on every day of the week. Enclose the garbage in white 13 gallon trash bags and place the trash bags inside the trash receptacles (bench) outside the front door. DO NOT put trash on the curb.
