This home located on the luxury Solterra Resort offering generous accommodation of 6 Bedrooms and 5.5 Bathrooms, sleeping 13 guests. Located only 15 minutes from Walt Disney World®  and 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport the villa is equally close to all major Orlando attractions, dining experiences and shopping opportunities.  The Solterra Resort itself offers a variety of amenities including a spa, a large resort-style swimming pool with zero entry slope, waterslide and a lazy river. In addition, guests can enjoy volleyball courts, tennis courts, and a soccer field. The beautiful resort clubhouse offers a comprehensively equipped fitness center, business center, and poolside café. There is also a designated children’s playground and picnic area where families can enjoy time as a group.

This is a stunning contemporary property, spacious and beautifully furnished in a modern and simple style throughout. Luxury amenities abound in this well equipped vacation home which has all the expected items you would need for a 'home from home' experience. There are two seating areas on the first floor in addition to a dining area and fully equipped kitchen.  Also on the first floor is a master king bedroom with ensuite facilities including a shower and garden tub. Also there are laundry facilities and half bath on this level. On the second floor you will find a further five bedrooms, three king rooms all ensuite and two twin bedded rooms with shared bath.  A small flex area is also available.

Outside you will find a private pool area with conservation and water view beyond. There is a BBQ grill and outside dining table and lounge seating under a large lanai, perfect for alfresco dining and relaxing after a hard day in the parks and also sunbeds for relaxing on. Parking on site limited to five cars as per HOA guidelines.

The Resort HOA charges a "Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee" of $35 per group stay for access to the onsite clubhouse amenities. This is effective September 1st 2023, and is payable separately on arrival at the Clubhouse reception desk..

The location was perfect! Not a far drive to all the Disney attractions. The house was beautiful, clean and well kept. Communication with the owner was easy always replied quickly. We would definitely stay again if we are in the area. Thank you for allowing our family to make wonderful memories.

The house was beautiful and immaculate. We had a slight shower issue that was fixed immediately. Pool area was beautiful with a fire pit and grill. You will need to bring toilet paper, paper towels, laundry and dishwasher soap if you are staying longer and have a lot of people. One roll per bathroom for your stay and 2 dishwashwe tabs. It’s a wonderful place and would stay again!

Nice clean house with comfortable beds. Only downside is not much in way of supplies. Short on towels and wash clothes. No laundry detergent or dishwasher detergent. No coffee filters or paper towels. But overall a great house

I stayed in many places through VRBO and most of the house had small items you need, such as sugar, salt, cooking oil, or coffee filter etc. This house has none. Also size 4qt pot was the biggest one and the coating of the pot inside was in terrible condition. They provided only one dish washing tablet, one very very small size soap, only one trash bag, and extremely low quality of toilet paper. House was nice, clean and good to sleep for 8 people but kitchen was not equipped for 8 people.

Great home with lots of king beds and bathrooms.
Stay for family for long weekend to take on Universal Studios and other stuff. Enjoyed the stay. Don’t use the home much other than sleep. Seems like a great home to spend some time in if you desired. Could really use a game room in the grave. Nothing much else to do at the house other than the pool and January is not pool season really.

Absolutely beautiful villa and surroundings
We have stayed in many villas in florida but this one was perfect, the cleaning was good, the pool was good and the facilities was good, but more importantly the Host was there when we needed him… Not for any issues but just to make sure our stay was comfortable and when our flight was cancelled last minute he let us extend at very short notice.. perfect!! Thank you David and your team we are sure to be back!

This house is very nice. David the owner was very helpful in every way. I email and he responds back in like an hour or so. He would answer all my questions. I had some some problems but in all it wasn’t bad. I still give it a 5 star. The people that was there before me had so much trash in the house that it took the cleaning crew passed the 4 pm check in time. There was still trash under the sofa, the towels was still wet they put out for us, the blankets was wet, the dryer was not working but I called and they was on it. The people had the pool so nasty, it was hair and trash and it was moving water. That the filter was clogged but they got it done after two days. They had to come out twice. The pool at the club house was a hit for the kids. They had a ball up there. Had to go get wash cloths because they only had like about 4 there. But it’s cool I left some for the next people that was coming.also when the people was cleaning the house for us. I know they wish it was more people helping them due to piles of trash that they had to clean up. But when I left I cleaned so the next ones after me didn’t have to wait after 4pm like I did. Good thing my other family members was able to get into there house as soon as they got there. We went to there place until it was time for me to get in. But for the dryer it might need to be replaced due to it take like 2 hours to dry or 1 1/2 hour to dry.

The stay was good overall. We had a couple of hiccups but they were taken care of and we are receiving a refund of one night’s stay as compensation. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this property again and will definitely use VRBO again also.

I have used Vrbo before I love it because it's easy and conveinent, what I don't like is you never know what you are going to get in the house, there was nothing in this house the last one I stayed at had like cinnamon, and trash bags, and the small amount of stuff you need that you don't want to buy a big thing of due to traveling. The house was beautiful!!!

Exactly what I was looking for !!!
This is my 2nd visit to Solterra and this house is a mirror copy to pictures. All bedding was clean and the Tvs in all the bedrooms were a plus and added bonus house is walking distance to pool amenities. I would recommend bringing / buying wash clothes they were not provided. A suggestion for the home would be provide dish towels since the request at check put is to wash all dishes and put away, I had to use paper towels to dry the dishes. Will definitely recommend this 5 star home.

Beautiful Home!!
Lovely home! The pictures are 100% accurate. We had 9 in our group.. more then enough space for all of us! There is 2 ac units. 1 for upstairs and 1 for downstairs. Home is beautifully decorated! The property manager, David, was very good at responding to emails. My only complaint (nothing to do with the property itself) is that the front gate can become very congested. At times there were 8-10 cars lined up on the road trying to turn into solterra community. It can become very confusing and dangerous at times as cars are coming from every direction! The common pool area was lovely. We ordered lunch from there one day and it was delicious. It is a bit pricey though. Overall, we had an amazing time at this property. It was very clean and had everything that we needed for our 10 day stay!

Great family getaway
This is the second year our family of 9 has stayed at solterra resorts in one of the houses. The check in process was so easy. We received an email a few days before with a code to get into the house and other entry details. We arrived at the airport, rented a car, drove parked and went right into the house. The house was super clean and we felt right at home right away. Having the pool was so nice with the littles. The fencing that is up helped them stay safe, and gave us a piece of mind. We did have an issue with the pool. The electricity went out in the pool 2 days before we left, we contacted the owner, who contacted the pool guy. However, the issue was not resolved by the time we let, which meant cold pool water/ no light at night. :( The house was decorated so well, and all kitchen utensils we needed where there. We made pina colodas with the blender. Everything we needed was there and easy accessible. Each room has a bathroom which is so convenient. We really enjoyed our stay, and will definitely be back again next year.
